Como uno de los templos budistas más antiguos, grandes e importantes de Japón, Zenko-ji es el corazón espiritual de Nagano. El templo está cerca - 1400 años de historia está lleno de leyendas y mitos que su guía le ayudará a desbloquear mientras lo guían por el recinto del templo seguido de tiempo libre (si el tiempo lo permite).

Después de un almuerzo lleno en un restaurante local, ¡prepárate para ser sorprendido por los monos! Fundado en 1964, el mundialmente famoso Parque de Monos de Nieve Jigokudani de Nagano es el hogar de la única tropa de monos en el mundo conocida por bañarse en aguas termales. Sin barreras entre tú y los monos (no te preocupes, están muy tranquilos) esta es una oportunidad única para observar a estas curiosas criaturas en estrecha proximidad mientras caminan a tu alrededor, luchan entre sí, se acicalan sin cesar y, por supuesto, se sumergen en su fuente termal favorita! Su guía le presentará todo lo que los hace tan únicos y famosos, mientras que le da mucho tiempo para explorar por sí mismo. Tenga en cuenta que el tiempo estimado en el parque de monos incluye caminar hacia dentro y hacia fuera a lo largo del sendero del bosque - 1,6 km / 25 minutos en cada sentido en verano, un poco más largo en invierno. - Este recorrido incluye una cantidad razonable de caminata, incluso hacia y desde el parque de los monos, a lo largo de un sendero forestal sin asfaltar de 1,6 km (1 milla). Asegúrese de que su calzado sea apropiado y esté vestido en consecuencia para la temporada. El sendero incluye 2 escaleras diferentes y, por lo tanto, no es accesible para sillas de ruedas.
- Los visitantes están obligados a seguir las normas del parque de los macacos de las nieves en todo momento. Los invitados no pueden tocar, sujetar, alimentar o bañarse con los monos en ningún momento. No existen barreras que separen a los monos de los visitantes del parque. Asegúrese de mantener una distancia mínima de 1 a 2 metros entre usted y los monos. Su guía le explicará las reglas antes de entrar al parque.
- Este recorrido utiliza diferentes formas de transporte. Los recorridos se pueden realizar en microbús o en un autobús grande según la temporada y el tamaño del grupo.
- Desde mediados de diciembre hasta principios de abril, es probable que el sendero y el parque se vean afectados por la nieve y el hielo. Por favor, asegúrese de que lleva zapatos/botas adecuados y ropa de abrigo. Si es necesario, las botas de alquiler están disponibles cerca del parque de monos y los crampones (picos de metal que se unen debajo de sus zapatos / botas) también se pueden comprar. Desde mediados de diciembre hasta principios de marzo, por favor use ropa adecuada para temperaturas potencialmente inferiores a 0 °C (y tan bajas como -10 °C).
- Durante el invierno es común ver a los monos disfrutando de las aguas termales sin embargo desde la primavera hasta el otoño habrá momentos donde los monos juegan o comen en el agua, sin embargo tenga en cuenta que los monos son animales salvajes y no hay garantía de que habrá monos en el baño.
- Hay algunos días en el año en que los monos pueden no bajar al parque, llegar tarde o salir temprano. Si bien esto es poco probable, es posible y está fuera de nuestro control.
- * Solo invierno * Los huéspedes en Hakuba pueden unirse a este tour utilizando nuestro servicio de transporte desde / hacia Hakuba Tokyu Hotel en Wadano y Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal. Este servicio solo está disponible desde mediados de diciembre hasta finales de marzo y puede no estar disponible todos los días entre esas fechas. Pedimos disculpas por no poder aceptar reservas desde/hacia Hakuba fuera de estas fechas. Al utilizar este servicio de traslado, tenga en cuenta que su guía se unirá y saldrá del tour en la estación de Nagano.
- * Solo invierno * Este tour está programado para concluir en la estación de Nagano a las 17:30 (y a las 19:00 para los huéspedes que se unan desde Hakuba en invierno). Para los huéspedes que reserven billetes con posterioridad a otros destinos también recomendamos hacerlo para horarios de 18 :00 o posteriores.

We had an amazing experience on this tour! Everything was very well organized and definitely worth the price. The lunch was delicious, and the temple was honestly the most beautiful one we’ve seen during our trip to Japan. Our guide, Jake, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. And of course, visiting the snow monkeys was such a unique and memorable experience! Nice way to see more of Nagano, taste sake and also see the cute monkeys in their natural habitat. The guide, Tom, spoke English very well and was informative and knowledgeable. The sushi lunch was WOW, a big surprise, it was of a high quality in a beautiful place. I really recommend this tour!

We spent the day with our guide visiting Zenkō-ji Temple and Jigokudani Monkey Park, and it was one of the highlights of our time in Nagano. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but what made the experience special was how naturally he shared that knowledge. One of the best days of my life, I saw too many monkeys, both babies and adults, they look very cute swimming in the water. The guide was a key point to achieve the journey, the sake and the food were delicious.

We had done a trip through getyourguide the day before and the guide Hiroshi was fantastic so knowledgeable and made our trip into the mountains memorial so we booked direct through the company with the same guide to visit zenkoji temple and the snowmonkeys which included a delicious lunch again the guide made this trip he was so friendly very knowledgeable and informative which made our trip fantastic 😀 😊
