My husband and I had a wonderful time experiencing Teotihuacan with Ernesto and Lupita. They were very knowledgable about the history and taught us not only about the ruins but about Mexico City. The bus was super comfy and air conditioned, with a toilet. The timing was perfect, not too short, not too long. We were provided with coffee, water, and a granola bar once we arrived at the site. Would highly recommend for folks who want a shorter tour - we were home by 2pm, and didn't feel like we missed a thing. In addition to learning about the site, we had our own time and got to climb the Temple of the Moon pyramid! It was magical.
The park is great, and there is lots to do. Pools, zip line and Tarzan swings into the river, rafting, paddle boarding, etc. It’s a nice escape from the city. You can bring in your own food and drinks or eat on site. It’s clean, safe and fun. Spanish speaking staff only. However, this tour provides only transportation to and from the park. There is no “tour “or “guide”. Our “tour guide” provided us, barely any information, did not accompany us through the park, and did not tell us anything on our 3 hour drive to the park (we had a lot of traffic). Furthermore, our driver was dangerous, aggressive, and not a safe driver. Would highly recommend going to the park, but not with this company .

This beautiful site has a crystal clear river and is surrounded by lush vegetation, which makes it a true natural oasis. From the moment you arrive, you are surprised by the calm and serenity that you breathe in the place. The guide is friendly and his advice and suggestions were very helpful. The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing you to start enjoying the place without delay. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
