Su guía lo encontrará en la entrada del Palacio Real para guiarlo a través de la historia y la arquitectura de la casa de los Savoy, reyes de Italia hasta 1946.
Verá la maravillosa Armería Rotyal, que alberga una gran colección de armas y armaduras renacentistas y orientales, expuesta en la Galería Beaumont.
Un detalle interesante del Palacio Real es que está conectado con Cappella della Sindone. El innovador arquitecto, Guarino Guarini, lo diseñó para ser elevado en una planta, para que coincida con la altura del presbiterio del Duomo, que permite el acceso directo desde los Apartamentos Reales. Esta es la última parada de su tour.

To say we were on time, would to say that we were 10 minutes, late, but not our guide, Francesca. She was standing there awaiting our arrival and after introductions and a couple of quick interest questions, we were off. Francesca did a great job communicating, keeping us on pace and coordinating with other tours to get us in and out without delay. Her passion we truly felt and more so when she got to see the latest addition to the collection in the royal palace. Her excitement was contagious and it stayed with us throughout the tour. We cannot recommend this tour with Francesca enough.
Carlotta was a great guide, a real historian, fun, energetic and very local. The tour last 2 hours and is comprehensive without being laborious

Eugenio, our guide, was very knowledgeable and passionate. He helped bring to life the history of the Savoy royalty, the architecture, and the context of the paintings and relics. The Holy Shroud is not exposed. You will see the beautiful chapel and the box where the shroud is kept.
