Rather than following the typical tourist route, I’ve carefully designed the evening to tell the story of Turin through its food, wines and traditions, allowing each stop to build naturally on the next. For me, a memorable culinary experience is about much more than simply tasting great dishes but it’s instead about discovering the culture, craftsmanship and hidden character of the city going through its legendary foods and artisans.
