Excellent day exploring Cocora Valley, Salento and a Coffee Farm. Cocora Valley is stunning and a must see when you are in Salento. Salento City is really charming and colourful. Had a great lunch at Laurita’s which was very authentic and got to meet Laurita herself and what an amazing story behind how much she gives back to society. Went to a coffee farm where we got to be hands on throughout the coffee making process which was fun, great experience and great way to learn. Kevin at the coffee farm was amazing. The biggest shout out is to David, our guide, he really made the whole experience memorable and all the stories he imparted really gave me more of an authentic experience of Columbia and allowed me to learn more about the country and the people. His personal touches and his keen focus on wellness really has left a lasting impression. When in Salento or Armenia highly recommend booking with Columbia VIP Guided Tours with David, it’s an experience unlike any other tour I’ve done and you will love touring around with David!
Amazing experience and all thanks to David. The place is spectacular and accompanied by his tales, the best. I highly recommend it. Personalized attention is a plus, as they adapt to your needs. I, for example, was taken to the airport right after the tour ended. I will definitely repeat soon to know more places in Salento and the valley.
Muchas gracias por tu comentario José, también fue una suerte tener tu visita en nuestra tierra :) Buen viaje!
We found this company to be first class. Our guide, the wonderful Luisa, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her English is very good and she also speaks charming French. We would recommend her to anyone.
Thank you for believing in us. We are a new group of local guides and seeing that you are satisfied is a great goal for us. Luisa told us she also enjoyed the tour.
I enjoyed my private tour very much. Beto was a wonderful and patient guide. I struggled with the altitude and needed many breaks to catch my breath. He shared his knowledge of the Colombian culture and history. He treated me to a tasty dessert at the end before we headed back to a Salento. Since I was traveling alone and fighting with the altitude, I chose a private tour. I didn’t want my snails pace to affect a group tours pace. I felt very safe during my time with Beto and he ensured my safety all the way until it was time to get in my cab to the hotel.
Thank you very much, Beto also enjoyed a lot the tour with you. Always welcome to Colombia!
