Greetings My interests that I had sent in advance were not really taken into consideration The guide took us to a light walking pace, he made us cross without caution, a disaster. The private guide was totally unqualified and didn’t know anything about the city. She didn’t even speak German, which is a requirement to have a license in Germany. We had to look up everything on our phone as she was unable to answer any of our basic questions…our worst experience ever!

We were able to communicate with him before the tour about meeting times and places and our departure time. His tour is highly recommended.
