Desde café recién tostado en la capital del café de Europa, platos marineros tradicionales servidos con Schnaps en uno de los restaurantes marítimos más antiguos y famosos de Hamburgo hasta bocadillos de pescado junto al puerto, tiendas de dulces históricas, comida callejera y mucho más. Itinerario
Comenzará en la entrada de la estación central de Hamburgo Wandelhalle, 20099 Hamburgo, Alemania, esto también se conoce como la entrada Spitalerstrasse. Nuestro guía tendrá un paraguas naranja y una enorme sonrisa.
Su guía le dará la bienvenida y le presentará su aventura culinaria a través de Hamburgo.
El viaje de una Hamburguesa comienza con una Frantzbrötchen - Una pastelería de canela horneada con una gran selección de ingredientes, desde chocolate, hasta mazapán sin olvidar el oh tan alemán cereza kirsch. Mientras disfrutas de tu Franztbrötchen aprenderás de la historia de este manjar junto con la historia de la estación
Realizamos nuestra primera parada en un restaurante donde experimentarás nuestro delicioso Plato Secreto acompañado de una cerveza o un refresco.
De camino al Ayuntamiento tomaremos una Hamburguesa para ir y disfrutarla con una vista sobre el lago Binnenalster y su famosa Fuente de Alster.
Luego caminaremos más allá de muchos de los puntos de referencia clave del centro de Hamburgo, el Ayuntamiento y los canales.
Al pasar junto a las ruinas icónicas de esta iglesia, bombardeada por las fuerzas aliadas durante la Operación Gomorra en 1943, un ascensor le permite obtener una vista panorámica de la ciudad.
Después de navegar por las calles del canal se recompensa con una pepita de pescado y su salsa remoulade. Ahora es el momento para el ristretto o expresso recién hecho (individual o doble) acompañado de la galleta local le traerá calor y energía para el resto de nuestro viaje.
Comenzando con un dulce y terminando con un dulce, completamos el círculo con un gran clásico, el sabroso postre RoteGrutz, gelatina de bayas rojas servida en una crema con sabor a vainilla o arroz con pudín

I loved this tour! We turned out to be the only two on the tour so had a private tour, and it was wonderful. Ulrike was lovely and so informative. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Hamburg as well as the history of the foods we ate. She was happy to answer any and all of our questions whether or not they were related to the tour. We never felt rushed and advanced at a leisurely, by not slow, pace. This tour is great for adventurous eaters as well as the not so adventurous as it provides all sorts of food options. Don't wait! Wonderful experience. The food was excellent. Ulrika was an AMAZING guide. Very informative, knowledgeable and personable. 3.5 hours long, the price of admission was well worth it. If you have the time and opportunity, I highly recommend this tour.
