Robbie was knowledgeable and great fun. It was a great introduction to the city while learning obscure facts about the books.
We enjoyed a fabulous tour with Kieran as our guide. Extremely knowledgeable, good humour and very personable. The tour lasted a couple of hours and was full of interesting facts about Edinburgh and Harry Potter. I would definitely recommend doing this tour if you are Harry Potter fans! Great fun.
this tour exceeded my expectations! what a great way to spend one of my 4 days in edinburgh!! the price was well worth the experience! our guide, Monique, was exceptional, and the group size was perfect! not too big to be crowded, but not awkwardly small. she walked us through almost the whole city, we got to see everything! i was put in house hufflepuff (yay!) and we won, thanks to my answer for the 100 point question! the city is so beautiful and we learned a lot about the history as well. 10/10 experience.
With our English-speaking guide, we walked through the Old Town of Edinburgh. Locations included Greyfriars Kirkyard, Grassmarket, and Victoria Street, handprints of J. K. Rowling, viewpoint of the Balmoral Hotel and The Elephant House. Our tour guide included a lot of information with humor and kept asking quiz questions in between. When answering the questions, you could collect points for your own Hogwarts house, and in the end, there was a winner.
A pleasant easy walking tour. It’s not just about Harry Potter, but Kieran included the background of JK Rawlings and the history of Edinburgh. Be ready for some trivia and fun competition.
We absolutely enjoyed this tour with our children as well as answering a few of the quiz questions. Our tour guide Robbie was very entertaining, even theatrical, and provided lots of interesting background knowledge.

It was okay. Seemed a bit disorganized and the tour guide wasn't a native English speaker for an English language tour. While he did okay. There were times it was challenging to understand. It was challenging to hear at times.
Kieran was lovely, knowledgable, and wonderful with kids! Highly recommend! The quizzes were very fun too!
This was a wonderful tour. Josh was our tour guide and he was amazing. Although there was a lot of walking we barely noticed how far we had gone by the end of the two hours. We stopped to hear rich history which brought JK Rowling’s background and the Harry Potter books to life. Even if you didn’t know much about the books or movies by the end you saw amazing landmarks and history of Edinburgh. I highly recommend this tour.
