Itinerario

Julie our tour guide did a wonderful job with stories and light hearted jokes as we toured the castle and gardens. She made sure we saw the water fountain show. Thousands of people in the castle that day only a few at the water show. Great job by Julie. She was a lot of fun. Berrick, our transportation coordinator, was great as well. Getting us there and making sure we knew how to get home or wherever we were going after the tour.
Thank you, David! Julie's humour and storytelling clearly made the day such a fun one, and catching the fountain show away from the crowds sounds like the kind of moment that makes a visit really memorable. Berek sounds like he took great care of you too, both getting you there and setting you up for wherever came next. We'll make sure they both see your kind words!
Stan is an amazing guide. He is proud of French history and we learned so much from him. Also learned how to maneuver my way through the city on the train and subway system!
Thank you, Mary! Stan's pride in French history really comes through, and it's wonderful that so much of it stuck with you. Sounds like our team also helped set you up with real confidence getting around Paris on the trains and metro too — that kind of practical help alongside the tour itself is something we care about. We'll be sure to share this with Stan!
Perrine was an excellent guide. The history was amazing. A highlight of our trip to Paris.
Thank you, Michael! We're so glad Perrine's telling of the history made this a highlight of your trip. We really appreciate you sharing this, and we'll be sure to share it with her too!
The tour guides are great. Without them, you would not get half as much information or see things you would not consider on your own.
Thank you, Mary! That's exactly it — Versailles has so many layers of history in every room and corner of the gardens, and it's easy to walk past most of it without knowing what you're looking at. A guide brings all of that to life, pointing out the details and stories you'd otherwise miss entirely. We're so glad that came through for you!
Bayo was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, was conscious about timing of the tour, and brought humor to the experience! Thanks for a great day!
Thank you, Diane! We're so glad Bayo's mix of knowledge and humour made for such a great day - and it's lovely that you noticed his care with timing too, since keeping a good pace through the palace's one-way route is something our guides work hard to get right. We'll be sure to share this with him!
They really try to work with you. Communication is key! Got a little loss and was late. Was able to catch up before the tour started. Communication was the key factor.
Thank you, Beatrice! We're so glad our team could help you find your way and get you reconnected in time - we always keep a close eye out for guests who are having trouble getting to the meeting point, and it's exactly why we call and stay in contact if anyone hasn't arrived yet. We're really glad the communication meant you didn't miss a moment of the tour itself!
Great tour. Easy transportation. Guides were helpful, knowledgeable and personable. And the length of the tour was ideal
Thank you, Laura! We're so glad the transportation felt so easy, and that the team looked after you so well throughout. Getting the pacing right so the day feels complete without dragging is something we think about carefully, so it's great to hear it landed just right for you.
Julia was incredible! Not only we did a fantastic tour. She was very good at telling stories and keeping us engaged through a very warm and crowded place.. she made sure we saw the king Fountain display that felt like a private event for our group!
Thank you so much for this, and we're delighted Julie kept everyone so engaged despite the heat and the crowds — that takes real skill. Catching the fountain display at the right moment is such a special touch, and it's wonderful that it felt like something just for your group. We'll be sure to share this with her!
Our group was shepherded with care from the Regalia rendezvous out to the great palace, where we were handed over to our main guide, Julie. She deserves a high rating, informative not only on the fabric of the palace but also of the nature of Louis XIV. She held our attention throughout a long tour among crowded rooms in extreme temperatures. Well worth the effort.
Thank you! We're so glad Julie's knowledge of both the palace itself and the history of Louis XIV came through so well — holding a group's attention through crowded rooms in that heat is no small thing, and it's exactly what a good guide makes possible. It's lovely to read that the meeting at Regalia felt like a proper start to the day and that you were well taken care of on the journey too. We'll make sure Julie sees this!
A great tour with a fantastic guide. Matthieu was very knowledgeable and took us throughout the place and grounds. His art history background really shows in his subject knowledge. Taking the public train to and from the palace was very easy and the coordinator who met us and took us to Versailles made sure we all knew how to get back on our on when we finished.
Thank you, Scott! Mathieu's background in art history really does bring an extra layer to the visit — it's wonderful when that expertise comes through so clearly. Glad the train made for such an easy way to get to and from Versailles, and that our coordinator made sure everyone felt confident finding their own way back afterward. Really appreciate you sharing this!
