Nuestro viaje nos lleva a través de Walvis Bay, humedales de lagunas donde se pueden ver miles de flamencos rosados, pasando por la enorme mina de sal que cosecha 100.000 toneladas por mes, hacia el sur a lo largo de la playa hasta Sandwich Harbor, donde el cinturón de dunas se encuentra con el mar. Vea las olas tallar las dunas durante la marea alta, donde a veces resulta imposible ingresar a esta hermosa y remota área. Subimos a una montaña rusa por las dunas hasta el mirador con absoluta sorpresa al ver las impresionantes vistas y el tranquilo ambiente del desierto. El enorme mar de arena, las dunas, tienen ese tipo de magia especial...absolutamente única. Nuestros guías expertos le informarán sobre la zona desértica y le llevarán hábilmente a los mejores lugares. Recorridos por dunas empapados de adrenalina, en busca de animales en esta zona desolada, aprenda cómo las plantas y los animales han evolucionado para vivir en el desierto. Nuestro Tour nos lleva a través de la convención Ramsar de los humedales de Walvisbay lagune donde se pueden ver hasta 250 000 y 54 especies de aves en el tiempo: Pelícanos, Flamencos, Chorlitos, Playeros y otras aves endémicas. Lugares y horarios de recogida
Recogemos desde cualquier Hotel , Pensión o Bed & Breakfast a lo largo de la Costa entre Swakopmund y Walfishbay También recogemos en Walvisbay Harbor y Aeropuerto. Avisa a la hora de llegada. En un tour por la tarde también recogemos después de su otra actividad , como crucero en catamarán foca o después del kayak. Empezamos en Swakopmund y lo recogemos en Walvisbay 30 minutos más tarde de lo anunciado. Tenga en cuenta a todos los pasajeros de cruceros. Estamos en el puerto después de la primera puerta con un Gazebo que tiene nuestro logotipo puesto. Tenga en cuenta que su guía también estará con un tablero de nombres. Tenga en cuenta que todos los pasajeros de Cruise Liner, la hora de recogida de su tour comienza una hora después de haber atracado. - Es posible realizar excursiones combinadas con catamarán y kayak y el puerto de Sandwich, seleccione
- Tenga en cuenta que debido a la escasez de guías alemanes no podemos garantizar un guía de habla alemana, en temporada alta o cuando un crucero está en el puerto y 2000huéspedes desembarcan.

We had an unforgettable time on the Sandwich Harbour dune tour with Victor. He’s very knowledgeable on the area and Namibia generally, and he’s very skilled at safely driving on the sand. Don’t pass up the opportunity to experience a wild ride on the sand dunes.
It was a super tour and we were shown a lot. The start was a bit bumpy, as others from Get Your Guide were told a later time and we had to wait longer. Otherwise, there were 5 of us plus the driver. It was definitely cheaper than with Aida and with fewer fellow travelers, which was great. Since there are no restrooms on this tour, it would be nice to be told that at the beginning and to be shown appropriate options before driving into the countryside where this is no longer possible. The picnic was also cute; my idea here would be a fruit buffet and not "just" so much meat. That is no longer up to date and was also not eaten. Too bad.

Winton, our guide offered an unbelievable experience. Service was excellent even though we had some confusion with our pickup location. Winton was informative, easy going and an excellent driver. Definitely worth it for a truly unique afternoon adventure experience when you’re visiting the Namibian coast.

We had a fantastic day out with our guide and driver Winton. Learned a lot about the history of Sandwich Harbour and took in some amazing views. Spotted flamingos in flight at Walvis Bay in the morning and springbok, oryx and a couple of jackals in the Namib Desert in the afternoon. We were treated to a sumptuous lunch and refreshments before heading off for a thrilling desert drive over the dunes. The Sandwich Harbor tour with Winton was a wonderful experience! The route included the pink salt ponds, a drive along the coast where the dunes and the ocean meet, which was spectacular. The drive over the dunes was challenging but we felt very safe. The view of Sandwich Harbor from the dunes was beautiful. Winton the guide was very nice and very knowledgeable. The explanations were fascinating, and thanks to him we also got to see flocks of cormorants, seals, oryx and springboc. We could stop at every corner and take pictures and enjoy the view. The meal was rich and drinks were plentiful. The trip with Winton is highly recommended.
