Un recorrido pintoresco a lo largo del brazo Turnagain de Cook Inlet le ofrecerá vistas impresionantes mientras se dirige a una de las mejores atracciones del centro sur de Alaska: ¡el Centro de Conservación de Vida Silvestre de Alaska! Lo guiaremos a través de este santuario de vida silvestre mientras le informamos sobre los animales salvajes heridos y huérfanos que están bajo su cuidado; También tendrás algo de tiempo libre para caminar por tu cuenta. Este viaje dura aproximadamente una hora en cada sentido hasta el centro de vida silvestre con aproximadamente 1,5 a 2 horas en el centro mismo, lo que suma un recorrido educativo de 4 horas con paisajes espectaculares durante todo el camino.

Conduciremos a lo largo del brazo Turnagain de Cook Inlet a lo largo de la hermosa autopista Seward; Haremos una parada especial para tomar fotografías.
Pasaremos por Beluga Point en Cook Inlet, donde observaremos ballenas beluga y ovejas de Dall (si es el momento adecuado de la temporada) y disfrutaremos de vistas espectaculares del océano y las montañas. Si el tiempo lo permite, haremos una parada.
Conducimos sobre este famoso arroyo de pesca y, si es el momento adecuado de la temporada, es posible que veamos a los pescadores alineados a lo largo de las orillas con la esperanza de capturar salmón plateado.
Si el tiempo lo permite, podríamos ver algunos glaciares de valles colgantes en las cimas de las montañas en nuestro recorrido hasta el final de Turnagain Arm.
Nuestra principal atracción es el increíble santuario de vida silvestre sin fines de lucro que ha rehabilitado y proporcionado un hogar permanente para algunos animales salvajes de Alaska heridos y huérfanos. Pasaremos aproximadamente 1,5+ horas en el centro. La mitad será guiada y la otra mitad será tiempo libre para explorar por tu cuenta.

Great excursion . the ride to the animals was awesome. It really helped to have someone to guide us through the animal preservation site. It is very large and Alex navigated us very well through to see the animals up close . they seemed well taken care of and content . we enjoyed our tour with Alex. She was fun and full of information. I really appreciated that even though the group was only 2 of us that day they did not cancel our trip. We are very glad we took this trip and the drive is very famous and one of the best drives in North America. I think if we had tried to do this on our own we would have missed a lot. Be sure to come layered for all types of weather. As in Alaska it can change in a minute. the van was very comfortable. thank you Alex for a great morning .
We took the Wildlife Tour and our guide was David, the owner of Frontier Tours. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The Wildlife Center was very interesting. On the road back to Anchorage, we were stopped due to a fatal accident which meant no way to return to Anchorage for hours. He turned the fan around and headed us back the way we’d come and took us to several really cool places. He turned what could have been a long wait in a non-moving line into a fun adventure. If you are in Anchorage, this is the tour company you want to use,

David was a wonderful guide. He was very knowledgeable about the state of Alaska and the Wildlife Center. We really appreciated the hotel pickup option. This tour is a great way to get out of the city to see some beautiful scenery and animals.
David did an excellent job in explaining everything we were passing and it’s history about the areas we are in the time, he spoke to everyone in the party personally and made it very comfortable in this tour we would recommend this tour to everyone to book.
