Tour Matutino a Teotihuacán Explora sin Multitudes

The pickup was easy, at a great bakery and our guide Bruno gave us interesting history of CDMX on the way to Teotihuacan. He was very knowledgeable about the pyramids and the murals and gave us many safety tips on climbing the steps! I really enjoyed the tour and thought the length was perfect!

Great guide, good experience and transfer to and from site was comfortable. Tour was just the right amount of time. I would always advise going early to miss crowds and height of the sun.

Great service and a knowledgable guide

One of the best Tours I’ve done! My friends and I have been talking about visiting Teotihuacán for years and it did not disappoint. We decided to take a guided tour to really understand the history behind the place and to try to get an insight on what life was like during its golden age. Our tour guide was Hermes and we could not have asked for a better guide! One of the friendliest individuals we met during our stay in Mexico City with a heart of gold! It’s clear that all the locals care for him and he feeds the dogs that roam around the site! His knowledge of the place is outstanding and he welcomed all our questions, went at a pace that we were comfortable with, and gave us time and space to explore the site on our own. If you’re thinking of booking a tour, don’t hesitate to give these guys a call; hands down the best way to explore Teotihuacán if you’re going for the first time. Also, ask them to pick you up by the bakery, you won’t regret it!

I'm so glad I booked this tour for my sister and I. It was my first time in CDMX and I was so excited to make the trip to Teotihuacan. My sister had gone before and recommended finding a guided tour and she was right! Excellent Travel was great to work with, they were super communicative and confirmed the trip and travel logistics with me when I booked and the day before the outing. Bruno and Kevin were a great team who made our excursion out of the city smooth and painless. At the site, Bruno walked us around and shared information about the archeological locations and shared tips about best practices to get up and down the pyramids. It was a great morning trip and I am so grateful for having had the experience.

We had an amazing time on this excursion. Our guide, G.O., was very friendly, engaging, and super knowledgeable. It was a very comprehensive tour, and we greatly appreciated being taken to another part of the site that most may skip or be unaware of. Very small note is that the drop off instructions were a bit unclear. There were two option for pickups, and I understood drop off would be at the same place as where we were picked up, but we were dropped off at the alternative pickup option, causing a small delay in our plans for the afternoon as we had made plans near our pick up location.

The pyramids are great and the story is exciting. The guide was nice and told a lot. Water there is only one small per person for the complete trip, which is too little. The driver has a terrible driving style (but that didn't hurt the pyramids).

We are delighted with our experience with Giovanni. The tour was very well taken care of with information and knowledge about the history and culture of the places very interesting and complete. We were able to avoid the tourist waves and we came out of this outing fed and happy!

We spent a wonderful day with our guide Hermes. He has a lot of knowledge and has listened to our needs. Thank you Hermes! We will keep a precious memory of our visit to Teotihuacan (from the Familia). I removed one star because there were communication problems for the pick-up location, the one Viator sent us, even on the morning of departure, and those received very late the day before departure from the claimant did not match. Communications should be adjusted.
