En un día puedes conocer la ciudad de Malindi, con sus mercados, la agitada vida africana. Para luego cruzar el puente y sumergirse en la tranquilidad de la isla Robinson y dejarse llevar por el sonido del mar. Termine el día con un viaje a Marafa, donde Hell's Kitchen es Devil's Kitchen, ya que hace calor durante el día. Te fascinará la historia de la leyenda de la creación de Marafa, explorando sus gargantas a pie. Terminarás el día admirando una hermosa puesta de sol.

Visita a la zona árabe, donde puede pasear por el antiguo mercado con sus especias, telas, artesanías locales. La fábrica de madera donde los artesanos locales crean sus esculturas.

We did this tour with Giovanni , and also the 2 day East Tsavo safari. We already knew Giovanni because 12 years ago we went on safari with him and we had a great time! Leaving Watamu early, we quickly pass Malindi, skirting the salt flats, then we cross a mangrove (by boat or on foot if the water is not too high), and we arrive on a large white beach, alone at world ! or almost because next to it there is a small hut under the trees, with hammocks and mattresses as you wish, which prepares you a good lunch of local fish and shellfish, very nice! Little nap lulled by the waves and we leave for the Marafa canyon, where we emerge on another planet, the devil's kitchen with all its spices, in a painting where ochres, greens and the blue of the sky mingle, magnificent ! The sunset is divine!
Very well organized excursion in terms of times and distances, Giovanni accompanied us throughout the day with professionalism and kindness, together with a driver, telling us how daily life goes, taking us for a walk in the Malindi market, meeting those who live in the Shamba villages. We met the gazes of many people, all welcoming and kind, and many children who gave us smiles and a joy, a desire for life, which we will hardly forget. We then visited the Akamba wood factory, where artisans build objects using traditional methods, we had lunch with excellent food on Robinson Island, and ended with a visit to the Hell's Kitchen canyon in Marafa. Trust Giovanni, he is serious, honest, reliable and kind. Tip: don't forget to bring with you clothing, school supplies, food and anything you think might be useful for children, but also for adults... they really need it.
Wonderful trip! Giovanni is a truly kind and helpful person. He managed to satisfy us with every request and made our day special! The guys who take you on the boat are very knowledgeable, friendly and know how to make you have fun while still leaving you time to relax. The food was the best I have eaten in Kenya, very fresh fish and lots of lobsters. Eating in the middle of the sea on the boat and then diving into the crystal clear sea of Jacaranda Beach (Sardinia 2) is an unforgettable experience. I recommend 100%
