Before leaving Italy, we were looking for someone trustworthy to organize our airport transfers and a private safari. After contacting several providers, we chose Juma Omar from Unda Transfers and Excursions, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our trip. From our very first conversations, Juma proved to be professional, punctual, reliable, organized, kind, and always available. He answered all our questions promptly and offered well-structured, personalized proposals at fair and competitive prices. During our stay, he personally took care of all the transfers for our family (two adults and our 7-year-old son) as well as for my brother, who joined us a few days later in Kenya. Every vehicle we used, both the car and the tuk tuk, was clean, comfortable, and dependable. Juma also arranged our visit to the Gede Ruins, including tuk tuk transportation and a local guide, and most importantly, an unforgettable three-day private safari to Tsavo East and Amboseli in a private jeep. Everything was perfectly organized from beginning to end, with excellent communication and outstanding attention to every detail. When visiting a country for the first time, having someone you can trust before you even arrive makes all the difference. Juma exceeded every expectation and delivered exactly what he promised. If we return to Kenya, we will definitely contact Juma again without hesitation. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a truly reliable and professional transfer and excursion service. The driver was extremely punctual and very professional. The car was very comfortable, spacious, and felt extremely safe throughout the journey.
