Itinerario

We made 2 full day trips with Boa Vista Go, and it was absolutely fabulous!!! Anna is a very good francophone guide, and her duet with Cristiano was great! Thanks to them we were able to discover the island of Boa Vista from all angles (wreck, colorful villages, pottery school, farm, sandboard in the desert, beautiful beaches and so on! The lunches included on the beach of Santa Monica was also very good with a superb view of the water 😍 Again thank you for making us discover your island in good humor and kindness
Thanks Freddy for the most amazing day out. The 4x4 vehicle was comfortable and after an initial village stop and informative brief by Freddy we drove onto Santa Monica 12 km long glorious beach for a swim and view spectacular scenery then onto Chaves beach for sandboarding rides on another spectacular beach .We had the fortune of stopping off at a rocky bay to view wild turtles swimming close by below us which was magical. It was a lucky day as we saw Ospreys and chick's nesting in these bays plus saw the amazing tropic bird nesting in rocks then flying out to see. Onwards in the 4x4 to a Northern bay shipwreck which was worth driving over the rocky dunes to see the wonderful views. Another drive back to Sal Rei for a delicious beachfront restaurant meal chicken or Tuna steak which was ample including a welcome drink and a dip in the calm sea afterwards with a drive back to our hotel.a Definite recommended for anyone visiting the Island ( and I know Tui 4x4s don't visit some of my aforementioned locations )
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted you had such an amazing day with Boa Vista Go Tours & Expeditions. Freddy will be thrilled to hear your kind words. Thank you for your recommendation—we hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable adventure!
I would highly recommend this island tour!! I live on the island for a few months and have already been on a private tour with BoaVista Go 3 times. The best people on the island work here! Not such a mass company, but I got to know zd through a local. They take you to the highlights of the island, if you prefer a route, they are certainly open to it! You sit in the back of a jeep (if you want) and they prefer to stop on the bits where you are not standing among the rest of the people. So you can only enjoy the breathtaking view with your company. We have seen sharks and turtles and we also went sandboarding on the beautiful sand dunes. At the end you will have lunch together and you can take a nice dip in the water. Still having second thoughts? This is the best expense to get an impression of beautiful Boa Vista in 1 day! Do anyway and I wish you lots of fun!!
The whole day tour in a 4x4 was excellent, myself & my 11 year old son. Initially to the north of the island to see the famous shipwreck. It is located in an isolated area on a lovely beach. After that a drive across the island over the sand dunes to get to the Sand Boarding taster, this was great fun. We then followed a track which is very rocky and unmade track along the coast stopping to view Lemon sharks 🦈 right next to the rocks where we were driving. We also stopped at a couple of viewing points along the way, also stopped at another stunning beach to go inside some beach caves Eventually we carried along the very rural track and ended up at a lovely restaurant for a very delicious late lunch with plenty of food on offer, the trip ended with an option of swimming or lazing on the beach by the restaurant before heading back to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and can't praise the driver Ik and the guide Julie, excellent and very informative and first aid ⛑️ when my son stubbed and cut his foot on rock. Definitely a trip worth doing but only if you can handle a bit of a rough drive at times over certain terrain.
The whole day tour in a 4x4 was excellent, fantastic trip across fairly rugged terrain initially to the north of the island to see the famous shipwreck. It is located in an isolated area on a lovely beach. After that a great drive through some of the vast countryside on roads with virtually no other vehicles to a traditional village and then a drive through a desert with sand dunes to reach the famous Santa Monica beach which is breathtaking, completely uninhabited and stunning. We then followed a track which is very rocky and unmade along the coast stopping to view turtles swimming and we also saw a Lemon shark right next to the rocks where we were driving. We also stopped at a couple of viewing points along the way, also stopped at anaother stunning beach to go inside some beach caves which were pretty amazing too. We then made our way across some more sand dunes which in themselves are truly breathtaking to an area where we did some sandboarding. Eventually we carried along the very rural track and ended up at a lovely restaurant for a very delicious late lunch with plenty of food on offer, the trip ended with an option of swimming or lazing on the beach by the restaurant before heading back to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and can't praise the driver and the guide we had enough, bothe were excellent and very informative and customer caring. Definitely a trip worth doing but only if you can handle a bit of a rough drive at times over certain terrain.
