The trip was cancelled due to lack of participation
There wasn't enough participants for the food tour to go ahead so it was cancelled. We did have the option to join the historical tour if we had wanted.
A lovely little wander around the main tourist area of Bruges where we learnt about some of the history and origins of the local food via Giuseppe, our lovely young guide. Getting to try samples on the way round was a bonus and, of course, we found ourselves in the brewery at the end where we stayed to enjoy more drinks! The tour guides are all friendly and knowledgeable and the tour took about 1.5 hours. Bear in mind that they all work off tips and that the tour will take you on a short loop from the main market square down to the canal and back to the market. As we arrived early, we did this loop before hand whilst killing time so you may want to book an early tour or explore a different area before the tour begins. Overall, this was a lovely little experience and a nice way to see part of Bruges with some history behind it.
Excellent guide Giuseppe, very kind and funny.
It was a very entertaining tour. Guide Giuseppe first gave us some brief historical facts to understand why witches have this type of cuisine and then we tasted a bit of everything. Giuseppe made it very pleasant and fun, totally recommended.
We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Giuseppe; he was charming and very well-mannered, and the reservation was definitely worth it. Very pleasant and friendly; I will definitely recommend him to everyone who comes. We have been on many tours, and he was the one who stood out!
Very good tour! Everything is delicious, and they take you to different points of witches. I was fascinated. The guide Giuseppe was very kind and entertaining! I recommend it 👍
It has been a very pleasant, entertaining tour, and a very good experience. Additionally, Giuseppe provides good tips for the city and is very nice and friendly, 100% recommended.
Giuseppe was a fantastic tour guide, it was the first walking tour we have done in Europe and we really enjoyed his humour and knowledge. His language skills in both Spanish and English were great.
A very cool experience, the guide Giuseppe is super friendly and makes the tour very enjoyable, plus you have a few laughs. Everything we tried to eat was super delicious, and the beer was a delight; I recommend it 100%!
