1. Parada de comida 1- Tallarines artesanales decorados con flores comestibles. , Servido con raíz de loto, flor de plátano, frijol largo, pepinillos fermentados al estilo camboyano y ligeramente condimentados, hierbas locales frescas y chile opcional.
Parada de comida 2 cerca del hermoso palacio de comida local de 60 road. - Tortita de arroz rellena de carne picada de cerdo, gambas y brotes de soja. Servido con una deliciosa salsa de maní y una variedad de hierbas y verduras frescas locales.
3. Parada gastronómica 3- Pastel frito salado, de influencia china pero típicamente camboyano. Torta a base de arroz rellena de cebolla tierna, servida con salsa dulce de cacahuate.
Parada de comida 4- Pescado fermentado camboyano cocinado en una tabla de cortar (Pro Hook Dot), pescado pequeño de ocho milímetros de largo capturado en Tonle Sap y el río Mekong, que ha sido picado y triturado para cocinarlo junto con hierba de limón, ajo y galanga. Servido con vegetales y Arroz.
Parada 5: Arroz meloso y cócteles. , -Recoger postres camboyanos del mercado antiguo. -Disfrútalos en un bar cercano en una tranquila zona arbolada donde disfrutarás de un refrescante cóctel.

We booked the tour a few days ago and it was the best experience we made with Yi! He knows what tourists like to eat and he's very kind and attentive. This tour was beyond amazing. If you go to Siem Reap, I highly recommend this food tour to learn about the local culture through culinary cuisines. We went from restaurant to restaurant experiencing dishes we would have never discovered on our own, as well as learning the history about the classic popular dishes. The entire tour felt like we were eating with a long-time friend. Sharing stories over beer and delicious food. We ended the night in this beautiful traditional Cambodian-style home near Pub Street, but it was bar with tasty drinks and local spirits. If you are able to go with an open mind, this will be the best tour for you. Siem Reap is so much more than Angkor Wat.

Different styles of food type. From noodles, fish, doughnut balls, it was all flavourful and a good explanation given of different ingredients and methods used. Something that would be useful would be a takeaway note of each dish & the name of location in case anyone would like to revisit or recommend
