Pruebe la comida jamaicana REAL preparada por jamaiquinos comunes, coma como un lugareño. Comience su recorrido gastronómico con una parada en un restaurante tradicional para disfrutar de platos clásicos jamaiquinos como la cola de buey (sujeto a disponibilidad), cerdo estofado, estofado de ternera o cabra al curry servido con un lado de arroz y guisantes y verduras sin tallo. La siguiente parada es la tienda de empanadas para probar empanadas de res, empanadas de queso o empanadas de pollo. Termina en un restaurante de renombre donde saborearás el jugoso pollo patán, marinado en una mezcla de especias de la isla y cocinado lentamente sobre madera de pimento. (Opcional) También haremos una parada en KFC para probar el hotspot de comida rápida estadounidense más popular que ha sido adoptado por el masivo jamaiquino. Paradas en el supermercado local y compras de recuerdos también disponibles como complementos. También ofrecemos una variedad de otras paradas adicionales, así que solo háganoslo saber en el campo etiquetado como "Requisitos especiales".

Das was an excellent host! He was knowledgeable about the history of Jamaica, Montego Bay, and about the food that we enjoyed! Be sure to come hungry because there won't be a shortage of delicious foods to eat! We enjoyed delicious Jamaican patties, brown stew chicken, oxtail, jerk chicken/pork along with cocoa bread and festival! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! It was well worth it!!

Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared great insight into the culture, history, and food scene of Montego Bay, which made the experience even more meaningful. This was a great experience. Mama G is the best. All of the restaurants were great. She was knowledgeable about the area and a safe driver. My first time with 2 of the foods including the pig tale (which was excellent). And possibly the best chicken I've ever had.
Das was amazing, and the foodie tour was more than we expected. He shared the history of Jamaica and pointed out landmarks as we drove, which made the experience even richer. Five stars for Das—two thumbs up! He took us to four incredible food spots and was kind enough to stop at KFC because everyone said we had to try it, making it five stops total. He took pictures of us and explained everything we were eating, which added a personal touch. Das was also an excellent driver—he had cold water in the car, great air conditioning, and was super friendly and easy to talk to. We’ll definitely be recommending him to all our friends and family visiting Jamaica. It’s the perfect way to get authentic food off the resort while enjoying a tour at the same time. The foodie tour exceeded my expectations—come hungry, because you’ll be full and ready for a nap on the way back!
⸻ I had such a great time on the Montego Bay food tour with Das! Pickup was seamless, communication was excellent, and he was super chill and genuinely kind. Every stop he introduced us to was delicious though I won’t spoil the surprises, because half the fun is not knowing what’s coming next. I definitely wish I had booked more tours with him. I always try to do a food tour wherever I travel, but Jamaica can be tricky since you’re already served so much food at resorts. That’s why Das’s knowledge of local dishes, along with his advice on what’s a must try and what to skip, made the experience extra valuable.
