Nuestro recorrido gastronómico lo ayudará a explorar la vida local de la ciudad de Amritsar a través de su cocina. Se dice que la comida es la parte más esencial de cualquier cultura y ningún viaje se completa sin tener comida auténtica de ese lugar. Amritsar es siempre un destino favorito para los amantes de la comida debido a su rica y tentadora cocina punjabí. En este recorrido, nuestro narrador le ayudará a comprender la cultura gastronómica local a través de auténticos platos locales de diferentes sabores. Todos estos sabores pueden ser nuevos para su paladar debido a las hierbas y especias naturales utilizadas en la cocina india, y le brindarán recuerdos duraderos. Itinerario
En el mercado Katra Ahluwalia, te haremos probar 3 o 4 increíbles delicias vegetarianas como Jalebi, Aaloo Tikki, Gol Gappe y Amritsari Kulcha.
Luego tomaremos un tuk tuk para visitar otro lugar donde tendremos un plato hecho de Paneer (requesón) con unos increíbles masalas con una taza de Masala Chai.
Aquí visitaremos un mercado de alimentos local y diferentes locales de comida para experimentar la cocina local. Tendremos algunos platos a base de SOJA que te darán la sensación exacta de la carne. Luego tomaremos un HELADO local hecho de LECHE.
Luego visitaremos el bazar más interesante de Amritsar. Aquí probaremos algunos dulces locales (hechos de pulpa de mango) y algunos otros alimentos locales hechos con arroz inflado, etc.
No vegetariano (opcional) Aquí puedes probar pescado y pollo Amritsari... Este es definitivamente un camino al cielo para los AMANTES no vegetarianos.

It was a great way of eating food from stall holders that we otherwise would have stayed clear of. Informative and knowledgeable. Only thing is that it all had cheese in it, apart from the very last stop.

A good introduction of the street foods in Amritsar, although having some stories behind the foods would make them more memorable. All vegetarian dishes only as it's within the golden temple area. It will definitely get you full y the end of the tour. As I'm not a big eater, I feel bad about not finishing some dishes though.
