We had the most amazing time on this food tour. Albert was a super host. Before we began, he shared a brief history of Chinese cuisine. We then proceeded to have a multiple course meal that featured several typical Chinese and Cantonese dishes. Everything was outstanding. While we ate with Albert, he spoke to us about the dishes, while sharing tips on how to use chopsticks and say thank you as tea is being served. We were the only people on this tour, so it felt like a very private, VIP experience. Albert was so very kind and accommodating. We were super impressed by his knowledge of not only Chinese food, but of the area surrounding the restaurant. After dinner, we walked over to a grocery store and Albert gave us a mini-tour where he pointed out unique items and spoke about where those foods originated from and how they are eaten. All in all, we had an excellent time. This tour was one of the highlights of our San Diego trip. When we come back, we will definitely tour again with Albert. Thank you, Albert, for being so wonderful to us. We appreciate you!
Albert was a wonderful tour guide! We greatly enjoyed the San Diego Chinese food tour, as well as another food tour of his we took part in last year. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed having Albert as a tour guide! Highly recommend!

Albert was excellent! Lots of information about Chinese cuisine and culture! We even shopped at an Asian market! I would go again for the Peking Duck! The dim sum was yummy 😋
