I booked with the operator and received an email with Heroes Square at the top, and an address further down. Never assume. I thought the address was in Heroes Square, but that was the name of the tour. Doooh. As Forrest Gump said, "I'm not a very smart man." After a frantic call to the tour operator when Google Maps said it was a 40-minute walk from the metro station, I worked out I was in the wrong place, and had missed the tour. No problem. Come in, and we will arrange something. I arrived happy to accept another day tour, but they arranged a 3-hour private tour with Eric. He was born in the US but has lived in Hungary for 8 years. This man knows his European history. It turned out to be an amazing trip, and I found out so much I didn't know about the country and the city. Could not have been better. What did I learn? They are not in Heroes Square; if you pay on the day, they only take cash in either HUF or Euro. If you want an amazing tour, ask for Eric.
Amazing!! We all loved the segways. Were initially disappointed as the Tripadvisor itinerary daid we'd see more than we actually did but that wasn't the fault of Raed and the segway company. What we did see was amazing and Raed made the whole experience. Fantastic 2 hours and would definitely recommend

Incredible fun! And much easier than expected! Great to do with my son (13) & me (59!) We did the 2hour & saw lots! Good photo stops!

Roed was the best! Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The segways are super fun. A must do! Even if you don't know how to ride one they will teach you before hand.

The experience was superb. The instructor SHAPAAL made the trip worth..he is very good instructor and takes good care in the entire trip. An excellent photographer, a witty man who knows local area and people. He knows little bit of Hindi as well. Superb guy and entire team. We totally enjoyed it. Highly recommend you do ride with him
