07:00 - 09:00 am - Recogida en su hotel (el horario depende de la ubicación, lo confirmaremos un día antes de la fecha del tour) - Llegada al muelle. Regístrese para obtener un seguro y lleve el equipo de snorkel. Café, té, refrigerio y pastillas contra el mareo para todos de cortesía. - Salida desde el muelle hacia Maya Bay en lancha rápida
Visita turística y relajación en la playa de arena blanca de Maya Bay, el lugar más famoso de las películas “La Playa” (Maya Bay estará cerrada desde el 1 de agosto de 2024 hasta el 1 de octubre de 2024)
Parada para hacer turismo y nadar en la playa Monkey. (Tenga en cuenta que la playa Monkey es solo una pequeña bahía. Si la marea sube, la isla desaparecerá. Esta isla aparece solo durante la marea baja). En caso de que la marea suba, haremos una parada para hacer turismo en el barco.
Visita turística a la cueva Viking desde el barco. La cueva Viking debe su nombre a la pintura que se encuentra en las paredes sur-este de la cueva, obra del “Capitán Cook”.
Haz una parada en la laguna de Pileh para nadar o puedes optar por hacer surf de remo en aguas turquesas y cristalinas. (Aquí también puedes pagar un extra para tomar un bote de cola larga de la gente local para tomar algunas fotos bonitas)
- Dejaremos a los clientes que no prefieran hacer snorkel en la isla Phi Phi primero para almorzar en el restaurante Arida. - Despegue para hacer snorkel en la cercana isla Phi Phi durante unos 40 minutos (para aquellos que prefieran hacer snorkel, los llevaremos a hacer snorkel antes de almorzar para evitar que vomiten después de una comida completa) - Regresaremos a la isla Phi Phi para almorzar y disfrutar de su tiempo libre relajándose en la playa aproximadamente 1 hora y nos reuniremos en el punto de encuentro a las 2 pm
Salida desde Phi Phi hacia la isla Khai Nok para nadar entre los peces, beber y relajarse en la playa, o disfrutar de actividades acuáticas (con cargo adicional en la isla)
Llegada al muelle alrededor de las 16:30 horas y traslado de regreso a su hotel.

It was an amazing experience to see the outer islands from Phuket, do snorkeling, go swimming & stroll on the beach. We had a great quality meal which was included in the cost. The guide was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour, The crew were so helpful and supportive in helping my wife and I on and off the boat and looking after us when on board. Well worth every cent.
This tour did not meet my expectations after reading all the wonderful reviews. They packed 47 people onto a speedboat that was suitable for 40 people at the most. Snorkeling was confined to a very small area behind the boat and was below average. The islands themselves were beautiful, but teeming with tourists and it was difficult to enjoy the natural beauty.
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please note that the Phi Phi Islands are one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, so it is completely natural for the area to be crowded and unfortunately this is beyond our control. Additionally, according to Thai maritime regulations, it is not permitted to load a boat beyond its approved capacity. Our speedboat has an official capacity of 49 passengers, and the number of guests on board was within this limit.
Our tour guide was OK but not great. We did not have enough time at each stop and felt like we were being run from place to place . The places we went were very beautiful and unique. The lunch was not good and the restroom facilities at the dining area are definitely not great. Many people got sick on the speed boat from the waves.

The staff were very friendly and did a great job. Our guide was funny and full of life. They know the bigger island (phi phi don) is expensive, and they do warn you about this and to buy things on the mainland. The beaches they take you to are out of this world, very beautiful. There's no swimming in Maya Bay, though they take you snorkelling (or diving depending on what you want to do) in two places. Keep in mind that if you want to go see the james bond beaches, you MUST rent a longtail boat. Lunch was good, a good variety to chose from. They finish the trip by taking you to an island full of bars and jet skis. Needed after the long day under the sun. Best thing I've done in Phuket

Great trip. Staff very attentive and just the right amount of time in each place. We really enjoyed it as a great way to see the main sights. We were worried it might be bumpy and wet but it was absolutely fine for. Great value too

A great way to see the Phi Phi islands. We visited some amazing locations. The food at the lunch location was very nice. The swimming and snorkelling was great. The only disappointment was, it felt a little rushed. We would have liked more time at the various spots and less time at the last beach spot. It was a very long day. We’d recommend it to others

Went with my partner and two teenagers. Everyone had a blast. The guide was funny and made sure we understood what to expect at each stop. The water was calm, perfect for less confident swimmers

The listing promises a small-group speedboat experience, but what we actually got was nothing close. We were shoved into a line with 40+ people waiting for a huge tourist boat — completely different from what we booked and paid for. When we confronted the on-site operator, they casually told us that during “high season” they always cram everyone onto the same large boat, regardless of where you booked or how much you paid. In other words, the “small-group” promise is knowingly false. You’re paying for an experience that does not exist, and they absolutely know it. On top of that, the listing also highlighted food options (including vegan/gluten-free), but seeing how they pile everyone onto one boat, I seriously doubt any dietary needs are respected or even considered. It’s clearly a mass-tourism operation pretending to be something it isn’t. To make it worse, the agent who posted the tour was unreachable — he was apparently on the boat himself. Zero communication, zero support, zero accountability. This wasted valuable time on our short trip and left us scrambling for alternatives. Still no refund, no responsibility taken. This is a knowingly misleading listing. Viator should remove it immediately. Do NOT book this tour.
That day our boat actually departed with around ten passengers below its official capacity. The port you visited is a large central marina, and naturally there are many boats and many passengers from different companies departing from the same place. This does not mean that all those people belong to one boat or one operator. We also answered your phone call, but due to weak signal at the pier, the audio quality was very poor. We even asked you to send an email so we could resolve any concerns clearly and properly. Unfortunately, you chose not to do so. Your request for a refund is completely unreasonable, especially considering that all arrangements—including the meal that was prepared for you—were organized in advance. Judging the service based solely on assumptions, without even joining the trip, is not fair. The marina being busy during high season is absolutely normal and is not an indication of any problem with our tour. Our boat was below capacity, operated as described, and all services were fully prepared for you.
The Phi Phi islands are absolutely stunning. I do think they are becoming overcrowded and this is starting to spoil the feel of the islands but understand so may people want to see them.

The trip was fun. The boat was definitely a little crowded but met some friendly people all over the world! The weather was amazing and the spots that we went were out of the storybook! Food was average but no complaints. It was a great experience.
