Reception location was clearly indicated. Were also received on time. Explanations about the tour and the bike were clear. The tour was fun and versatile. Excellent to maintain in the heat and enough stops to rest. Our guide Ko was a quiet and sociable man who could tell nice.
This was a great trip and we saw so much of Osaka. Our guide was Ko and he did an amazing job of keeping us engaged and entertained. The e-bikes were in great condition and it helped that they were pedal assist since it was a hot July day. The communication was great. We knew everything days before the tour and it all ran smoothly.

Ko was very focused on providing a safe and enjoyable time while touring Osaka. He provided some good history to accompany the various landmarks we visited. The bikes were well-maintained and easy to use, even for a first time e-bike rider. We had so much fun that we were inspired to rent e-bikes a couple days later to enjoy the seaside city of Yonago. I would definitely recommend this experience as a day one activity in Osaka as it is great way to get a survey of the city from a local.
This was a fun and informative tour and a great way to see Osaka in a few hours. It was all the better because our tour guide Ko was super friendly and knew a lot about the city but also Japanese history. He was funny and took care of all our needs. Very highly recommended if you get to go with Ko!).

I wanted to do something different, and as a cyclist at home I found this cycling tour, and thought it would be a great thing to do. I really enjoyed it! KO was a local lad, and very knowledgeable. He gave an excellent tour with just the right level of history and fun facts for the group. I was worried about the heat, but Osaka is basically flat, and the e bike made it a very easy ride. Plenty of stops on the way, and Ko took us to all of the best places to take pictures! Thoroughly recommend.
This was our first time using an electric bike and it was a lovely experience. Ko was a great guide. Being a local he knew the history, best areas and was obviously very proud of this lovely City- and he was so easygoing and friendly. A really nice way to spend a few hours. Highly recommended.
