- Los pasajeros de cruceros que lleguen a Hernesaari pueden subirse a los autobuses en las paradas 7 u 8. Hay 3 terminales en este muelle (LHD, LHC y LHB) y está a solo 200 metros a pie de los autobuses estacionados fuera de cada uno de ellos
- Los clientes que lleguen a Olympia Terminal podrán subirse a la Parada 3

Not enough buses running when cruise ships are in Port. There are 2 different bus companies but buses are all red and staff with both companies are wearing red shirts, it was pandemonium at the port with people being confused as to which bus they were supposed to be on. The City Tour company seemed to have twice as many buses running as rhe Strommer City sightseeing company

Allowed us to see all we wishedBUT there are 2 different companies operating and the signposting is together, similar but with different stop numbers. 40 minutes wait for bus at Rock Church. Caught in traffic jams (not bus company's fault but traffic management by the city would have helped. Workable.
The trip was really well organised. We were a little disappointed with Helsinki however this is nothing to do with this trip.
Hmmm. Here are three basic maintenance items: 1. Repair the upper beck windshield wipers 2. Repair the upper deck windshield defroster to assure a fog-clear view on rainy or humid days. 3. Repair the ear buds receptacle. ... and, a suggestion, prepare a more informed audio guide. The brief descriptions were indeed helpful but should have provided greater perspective for the audience who are likely first-time visitors to Finland. Basic stuff - please. Beyond these rainy day frustrations, the tour was a good initial but a quite shallow introduction to Helsinki & Finland.

Wait is too long, only runs portion of the day. Helsinki is small just walk. If on Sunday don’t even bother.

Busses run erratic, 2 in our party were left sitting on the bus as the driver took a 30 minute break, having just been picked up in the rain and cold. The bus was not left running, so no heat. Stop was 4,stops from cruise terminal stop and drivers response to question were a mere,” not my problem”

The timetable is nonexistent. Yours depart every 30-40 minutes? We waited almost an hour for the 1st scheduled bus (10:45AM @ stop 12), we arrived at 10:40AM, the bus arrived shortly after 11:30AM. The buses are long overdue retiring, the audio guide is hopeless, if you manage to find a seat where it works at all. City Sightseeing is a 20th century product that is t even trying to complete in 21st century. In future I’ll spend my money on an organised tour. The costs are comparable

Stops are easy to find. The explanations in all Lanusont interesting. The drivers are very nice. There's a stop at the cruise terminal. Very happy with our visit to Helsinki
