Mert was an amazing guide. Clear English, super knowledgeable and flexible to cater to the different needs of the family members. Would highly recommend him!
Kerem is a wonderful guide. Quite knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. He made sure that we were always comfortable, especially with my mobility considerations. His choices for local foods were tasty and a nice representation of the culture. We highly recommend a tour with Kerem!
It was a great experience. We had a wonderful day with nice weather and a friendly, knowledgeable guide. It was not only a food tour, but we also learned a lot about Turkish culture and history. A big thank you to Sercan! 😊
The trip went well. Emreyy was kind and explained multiple things. The trip lasted approx 5 hours. We tasted lots of food.
Savas was a wonderful guide. He was attentive to any needs of my wife and I. He was careful to ask about the pace and we were able to cover a large area and even able to add stops as we were making good time. We had a wonderful day and will definitely recommend this tour to others traveling here.
We had a wonderful experience with Mert.He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got to taste alot of the local cuisine and would highly recommend this tour
Our experience was fantastic. We had a great variety of food, lot's of history, and saw parts of Istanbul that we probably wouldn't have seen but for the tour. It was just my husband and I with the guide, who was wonderful. Come hungry and expect to see and eat an incredible amount. We were in Asia and Europe, taking the ferry back and forth. We were able to shop a bit in the Spice Market too. Highly recommend this tour.
We had a wonderful time with Emre. When you go with him, make sure you bring your appetite. He met us in front of our rental apartment and showed us how to use the public transit system to get around Istanbul. Along the way, we enjoyed a lot of different local food. We highly recommend this visit for anyone wanting to explore more of Istanbul.
Mert was a great guide and great company, pointing out lots of things that we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise, like the monument to the market goose! He took account of a food allergy and we replaced one stop with a visit to a pickles shop, which was great. The spice market and lokum was a particularly good experience, while the Kunefe was delicious and the Kokorec was definitely good to try. The food was plentiful but not overwhelming. All in all, it’s a great day out with a local who clearly loves his city. It’s a very low-stress way to discover new places and new food. Would highly recommend!
This was a great way to see Istanbul. The foods we sampled were all delicious - including some things I probably would not have picked on my own. Our guide Emrey was fantastic - full of interesting information and very accommodating.
