Suiza es famosa por el chocolate, pero su ingrediente más importante no se produce aquí. Entonces, ¿cuál es la historia detrás y de dónde provienen los granos de cacao? ¿Cómo podemos saborear el chocolate con todos nuestros sentidos y qué significa producirlo de forma ética? ¡Únete a nuestro recorrido para descubrirlo! Nuestra experiencia comienza con un taller interactivo donde aprenderás a degustar el chocolate como un maestro catador de chocolate. Su guía le guiará a través de la historia del chocolate en Suiza, los desafíos de la industria del chocolate y le presentarán a una nueva generación de fabricantes de chocolate éticos y suizos. Después del taller tomaremos el transporte público hasta nuestra siguiente parada: una fábrica de chocolate. Tendrá una oportunidad única de observar cada paso de la producción y aprender cómo se elabora el chocolate, desde los granos crudos hasta las barras terminadas. Y, por supuesto, ¡se incluye una gran cantidad de degustaciones de chocolate a medida que avanzamos! ¡Disfruta cada bocado con la conciencia tranquila! :-)

Itinerario
Comenzaremos con un breve taller de chocolate donde conoceremos la historia del chocolate en Suiza, descubriremos cómo degustar el chocolate como profesionales y nos familiarizaremos con el modelo de producción de chocolate del grano a la barra.
Nuestra siguiente parada será una fábrica de chocolate, donde podrá observar cada paso de la elaboración del chocolate desde el grano hasta la barra. Y, por supuesto, ¡te esperan más degustaciones de chocolate! : )

We really enjoyed this tour. We got to taste delicious chocolate but also learn a lot about the process of chocolate making and how to be conscientious consumers. We had a couple vegans in our group and they really catered to make everything vegan so everyone could participate in each part.

We've been wanting to take a chocolate tour in Zurich for a while, but most of them felt very commercial. When we came across the one from DeTours we knew that's the right choice. Diana showed us the way chocolate can be made ethically while keeping the result delicious. A part of the tour was chocolate tasting which we loved the most (for obvious reasons 🤤). It was great to get to know the bean to bar movement and be a part of the change thanks to DeTours. We loved it and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking beyond the chocolate of the big brand names.
