Itinerario

My tour is very good and the guide kit very helpful and takes a lot of pictures. before the journey starts he bring as to buy some food and water and he well take care of ask
It can be very cold at top of mountain, and warm at the bottom during summer time. Bring plenty of snacks and water and dress accordingly to weather forecast. GrayLine tour with Kid as the tour guide is the best.
Awesome experience! Kid took some pictures and videos of me and my husband that I will cherish forever! I am truly grateful to Kid! Thank you for great experience of a lifetime!
Im sure if the trip went it would have been good, the customer support are heartless and do not refund you if you cant make the trip last minute to being stuck with bad weather. The cost is so expensive and its worth being aware of this with the increasing variability in weather that the company just want to take that as an opportunity to snatch your money and not even reschedule.
The tour guide Kid knows everybody! When you travel with him, he makes sure you receive the best! You will be first in line, get the best seats, and he helps you take the best photos! Book this tour!
It was an amazing trip filled with beautiful views and surroundings as well as great commentary and knowledge from John, our tour guide. Each stop had a unique story to tell and intriguing history filled with information to learn about and the views at Jungfraujoch was simply amazing!!!
Very long time on bus. Only one stop! No toilet facilities on the bus, very bad experience. If you pron to car sickness stay away from this tour.
We regret that you are not completely satisfied with our services. I don’t understand what you mean when you say there were no restrooms on the bus. All of our deluxe tour buses are equipped with an onboard restroom, which is available to our customers in case of an emergency. These are also modern buses in which guests with motion sickness should not experience any problems. The tour you booked takes you to the Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe; it is a long day (11–12 hours) involving travel by coach and mountain railways. Perhaps you should choose a tour that offers more free time, even if that means seeing fewer sights.
This was the best day & tour. Kid our tour guide was phenomenal. He was entertaining & really made it a memorable experience. Worth every cent.
The organization, timings and experience were excellent. The guide, although he was efficient, was more interested in making sure we got photos of ourselves, almost "Snatching" our phones. As soon as everyone had been "processed" we moved on, no time to actually sit and take in the magnificent views
Our tour was awesome. We had an amazing guide, Kid was so enthusiastic and kept the tour on time and did so many things that we will remember forever. Kid certainly made the experience special.
