The trip to all the countries is very nice and scenic. The trip itself is definitely over priced. Matias is a great tour guide and did his job and explained places and history well but to pay $900 for 2 people was very pricey for what was involved.

I enjoyed the concept of this tour more than the tour itself. If you want you be able to say that you visited four countries in one day, this is the tour for you! However, I need to be honest in my review because I book tours based on reviews, and I appreciate honesty and candidness. The tour advertises hotel pickup. Be aware that if you are staying in some parts of Old Town Zurich that the van will not be able to pick you up at your hotel because of local restrictions. We had to walk 5-10 minutes to a pick up location. The tour guides arrived promptly and were friendly. The two guides were nice, but were not very informative. As we began our day they told us that we would visit Rhine Falls, Germany, Austria, and finish in Liechtenstein. They also told us to ask them anything and they would answer. That part was true, but if we didn’t ask, we didn’t really get much info. I have gone on a lot of tours, and most tour guides give you information when you arrive at a destination. For example, when we arrived in Germany the guides got out of the car without saying anything and we followed them into a church without them telling us where we were going, any significance of the church, or a time frame for being in the church. We then exited and followed them into a church across the street again without any information. We left the second church and followed them onto the street. I had no clue what we were doing, so I asked them if we were supposed to be following them. They stopped at a store and told us to wait outside and the 6 people on the tour were clueless. They emerged with a bag of soft pretzels, one for each of us. They were delicious, but the timing wasn’t great because after giving us a big dough pretzel, they told us it was time on our own to go find lunch. I wasn’t hungry… In Austria they brought us to a restaurant and ordered cake for us to eat without considering allergies or dietary restrictions. One of the members of my group is diabetic and cannot eat cake. I don’t want to completely knock this tour because I did get to see and experience things that I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own in one day, but the guides should provide more direction and details. That one improvement would make this trip so much better. The highlights of the day for me were visiting Rhine Falls and Liechtenstein. Lastly, the tour operator had very good communication prior to the tour.

Matias was an excellent guide with excellent English. Very comfortable van, could have more leg room (I’m taller) but no complaints

We had a great time with our tour guide, Bali. He was very patient and gave us time wherever we wanted more time. We got to see so much in one day. Highly recommended.

What a great opportunity to visit 4 countries in one day! Beautiful sites and our guide, John, was so friendly and knowledgeable! Just enough time was spent at each destination and the ride was smooth and comfortable. A must book!

Tour was fine. Just very short time in each location. Lots to see, but felt rushed. It was an expensive tour. Over $900. Sat in the back seat of a passenger van so it was very hard to see the incredible scenery along the way. Our guide was very good. But if you can’t see what he is pointing out…for this kind of money it came up a little short. The sell point here was four countries in one day. That did happen. But spent so little time in each and add the lack of ability to see scenery caused this tour to come up short for us.

The guide, Ben, was top notch. The tour was fine but the time spent in each location was very short. Too short. This was an expensive tour. Over $900 for two of us. The tour was in a passenger van. The visibility from the back seat was very limited. The scenery was incredible but honestly we missed most of it because of limited visibility from the back seat. While it was small group, not seeing the beautiful countryside was not ideal. And the selling point was four countries in one day. We did that. But the time spent at each stop seemed short for that price tag. To me it was worth about half what we paid. Again, the guide was great. But felt like we missed a lot.

Was in Zurich a couple days early waiting for my Train tour and decided on this for something to do. My booked date was moved back a day due to issues with the minimum number of people going, but the offer to change dates was communicated to me and the switch in days was made easier. Tour started with a pickup right in front of my hotel. There were a total of 6 of us on the tour and Ben was an excellent guide. He provided commentary and information about the sites and locations when needed without being overbearing. 3 of the 4 sites were a lot of fun and I'm definitely glad I took this tour. The one exception was the stop in Austria. There wasn't much there with the exception of checking the Austria travel block off if you hadn't been there. Rhine Falls and Lichtenstein were the highlights of the rip for me.

We love exploring new places so when planning our Switzerland holiday, this tour jumped out at us. It was a great chance to visit multiple countries, each was a very pretty smaller town, none of which where overcrowded which made it even more enjoyable. Ben was our guide for the day, he was friendly, knowledgeable and had a lovely air-con van.
