Was unable to go because tour does not get back to ship. Try to switch us to shorter tour for same money. Contact made once via app i didn't see. Then after final payment. Paid for never got a tour. Offered i could go on tour and miss my ship

This experience was everything we could have asked for. Angelo, our guide, was very knowledgeable. We felt that the van ride up to the mountain was worth the money by itself with how much we learned on the way. Every individual part of the experience would be worth what we payed for the whole thing quite honestly. We were very satisfied with the wine and food tasting after the mountain and loved experiencing the local food and drink. We did call to confirm the pick up point and they gave us an intersection of two roads which was slightly different from what was on the ticket, but Angelo was right on time. We got picked up at 8:30 am and was dropped back off at 5 pm. We were grouped together with a couple from France and a women from the US. Everyone was lovely. (American, 24 y/o M+F)

We had an amazing Etna Tour & Wine Tasting experience! Everything was well organized, the scenery was breathtaking, and the winery visit was a perfect way to end the day with excellent local wines and delicious food. A very special thank you to our guide, Carmelo. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about Mount Etna and Sicily. His stories, sense of humor, and attention to every guest made the tour truly unforgettable. Don't forget to ask a Swedish Kiss from Carmelo... I' so glad I took this tour! I've been wanting to visit Mt. Etna for years! Unfortunately, I was not ready to trek up the crater with the rest of the group (it might be considered a "moderate" hike), but enjoyed sitting and experiencing the location. Our guide, Stefano, was fantastic! He had a deep knowledge of the volcano and its history. The wine and food pairing was perfect. Great food, nice wines, and the location was fantastic! I highly recommend this tour!

Me and my wife think it was a very good arrangement. Everything went “smooth” by itself. The guide was very knowledgeable and good in English, so all the information was easy to get with him. Good food and drinks we got too. This trip is worth taking.

An excellent tour for those who would like to experience Etna and also taste wines with food.

We booked this trip as it looked interesting. The pickup at the hotel was a nice feature. We rode in a mercedes vito with six people total. In the midle and the backseat we could not hear nearly half of what the guide had to say about the history etc on the way to the etna volcano. When we arrived at the volcano we were provided with the included trekking shoes, these did not fit half of the people attending even tho we had provided the shoe sizes in advance. My partner’s shoes where in so terrible that they had holes in them and was almost falling apart. After that we were provided with 3 options, either do regular trekking around the part of the volcano were we stopped, quadbike exploration or a cable cart further up to the volcano. The last two options you had to pay an adittional fee to do (we did the cablecart further up the volcano) this was an adittional 82€ per person, we got fast track tickets. But the only fast track on this option is just the first line to buy tickets. After that there is no fast track. The trip on the top besides the 30min waiting time for the 4x4 was amazing. There we got assinged a volcano guide. Which was fluent in english, italian and french. That was really interesting experience. After that we met up with the group that took the hiking trip. They waited a good amount of time for us to come down from the mountain again. From there we went to the lava cave. That lasted for aproximatly less than 10 minutes. We went in to a cave and watched a little with the guide giving some basic history/info about it. Then we went to the wine tasting. This was the highlight of this booking. And waid up for a little of the negativ experience earlier. We tasted 4 different local wines and tasted many local food’s Then the trip went back to the hotel again. To sum up the experience it was really nice on the top of the volcano and the wine tasting. Also in total the experience wasted around 45minutes for us just in waiting time. For this price i would not recomend anyone to take this. I whould rather book a seperat experience with winetasting and a seperat with the etna to the top. Also would like to add that the whole experience was very rushed. For half the price it would be a good excursion but for this price i would not have done this again

We had an amazing time on this excursion with our guide Giuseppe! My husband and I agree that this was our favorite excursion we’ve ever done! Giuseppe was really awesome! Our whole group got along wonderfully because he created a fun, relaxed vibe, while also being very informative. The experience was very hands on and just amazing to see! We loved the wine and snacks at the wine tasting! The food and wine was incredible and we learned so much. We really enjoyed the group atmosphere and we had the perfect amount of time to socialize during the tasting. Lastly, we were able to borrow trekking shoes which were definitely needed and were very comfortable! Very pleased that they offer that with the tour! Overall, awesome experience that I would recommend again and again!
