Un tour especial de UN día al año en el que nos adentramos en las tradiciones y la cultura del Día de Muertos de San Miguel. Nos reuniremos en la plaza principal del centro de San Miguel y desde allí visitaremos los diferentes altares, calles decoradas y cementerios, todo mientras aprendemos sobre el significado e importancia del Día de Muertos en la cultura mexicana y cómo se expresa específicamente en San Miguel de Allende. ESTE TOUR PUEDE VARIAR DEPENDIENDO DE LAS RESTRICCIONES DEL GOBIERNO.

tour especial de UN día al año en el que profundizamos en las tradiciones y cultura del Día de los Muertos de San Miguel. Nos encontraremos en la plaza principal en el centro de San Miguel e iremos desde allí para visitar: • Los diferentes altares erigidos alrededor de la ciudad. • calles decoradas • Cementerios locales vestidos con flores de colores (dos de ellos) Durante nuestra caminata aprenderemos sobre el significado y la importancia del Día de Muertos en la cultura mexicana y cómo se expresa específicamente en San Miguel de Allende. El recorrido durará aproximadamente 2 horas y le dará una visión local de esta hermosa y colorida tradición mexicana.

The tour guide was informative but we weren't able to go to the cemetery which defeated the purpose of the tour. You could do the other sights on your own. Not worth the money. They should have let us know ahead of time about the cemetery and it was never mentioned until one of the other parties asked.
Hello Becky, I am sorry to read this. We put so much effort on delivering an amazing tour. Our guides are specialized in the topic and each year we get courses to keep improving. Sadly the current administration decides to make decisions by its own, without notifying us. We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations
Leo was a great guide opening SMA up to visitors and showing us how the traditions and people celebrate. Not everything was open due to the administration but he made it enjoyable.

The main reason we signed up for the tour was we were going to a cemetery to see how the Day of The Dead is celebrated. About 1/3 of the way into the tour I asked about the cemetery visit and she said it wasn’t allowed or some other reason. We should have been notified ahead of time. Almost everything we did, we had already seen during the day.
