Su viaje comienza con una conveniente recogida de su hotel, seguido de un corto traslado a nuestro exclusivo puerto deportivo en la Terminal de Ferry de Punta Sam. Sube a bordo de tu catamarán y navega por el deslumbrante mar Caribe. Sumérgete en el paraíso en una de las reservas naturales más impresionantes del Caribe! Esnórquel en aguas cristalinas repletas de vibrante vida marina: avista peces tropicales, tortugas marinas elegantes y coloridas formaciones de coral en este país de las maravillas submarino. Una vez que lleguemos a la isla, disfrutar de tiempo libre para: Pasea por las encantadoras calles llenas de murales de vida marina y tiendas locales. Toma una foto con monumentos emblemáticos de la isla. Relájese en nuestro club de playa con impresionantes vistas al Caribe. Disfrute de un delicioso almuerzo buffet y refrescante barra libre (incluido!). Puntos de encuentro para viajeros que se encuentren en hoteles del centro y Airbnb’s o cualquier ubicación a la que no podamos llegar : Cancun Meeting Point : frente al lobby en Oasis Smart en la avenida Tulum El precio de este Catamarán funciona solo para la zona de Cancún, pasando el Hotel Comfort Inn es otra zona. En caso de que se aloje en un hotel más allá del Comfort Inn, se cobrará un saldo a su llegada al Check Inn. La hora de recogida se establece de acuerdo a su ubicación, el inicio de la recogida a las 06 : 30 am y dependiendo de la ubicación se establecerá la hora de recogida, los viajeros que no proporcione ubicación de recogida necesitarán ponerse en contacto con nosotros lo antes posible, de lo contrario no podremos brindar el servicio. Si el Cliente desea llegar al puerto deportivo por su cuenta, debe tener en cuenta que el estacionamiento cerca del puerto deportivo es limitado. Tendrían que llegar temprano para encontrar un lugar cerca del estacionamiento.

I was forced to take a picture before boarding by a photographer who told me that this is for registration in case someone is left behind on Isla Mujeres. 20 meters later a employee who was boarding passages and checking their names told me that pictures are being sent to the office in a file and NEVER DELETED. My experience was terrible, was worrying all the time what happens with my image. When we were returning form Isla Mujeres I saw the photographer selling pictures to the tourists! I approached him and asked again to delete my picture and he said that he did it. He NEVER DID IT WITH MY PRESENCE so until now I am not sure where is this picture and how is it’s stored, if my data is protected or not because Contoy Adventures has no terms and conditions published on their website! Regarding the tour itself I don’t recommend it at all, snorkeling is done in dark weather not even Caribbean blue, you are not being docked in Playa Norte you have to walk by yourself for 20 min. The meeting pick point is inside of the Silver store so you buy stuff you don’t need. Saw better catamarans who take tourists to Isla mujeres, this is a simple boat with chairs and tables. The excursion is from Punta Sam which is super far away from Hotel Zone there are ports in the hotel zone who also can take you to the Isla Mujeres, does end of them. I don’t recommend Contoy Adventutes and Stap Travel Tours who sold this excursion to anyone!
