En este tour te llevamos a descubrir los espacios más emblemáticos de la Alhambra. Nuestros guías oficiales, expertos en su historia, te acompañarán con explicaciones detalladas y amenas en los Palacios Nazaríes y el Generalife, dos joyas imprescindibles por su riqueza arquitectónica y valor simbólico. La visita incluye también la Alcazaba y el Palacio de Carlos V, completando así una visión completa de este conjunto monumental único. Itinerario
Su guía acreditado le recibirá en el punto de encuentro 10 minutos antes de la hora de acceso al monumento contratada. Una vez reunido el grupo, accederemos al recinto para iniciar la visita. Nos detendremos en los Palacios Nazaríes, la joya de la Alhambra, donde admiraremos la delicada arquitectura islámica del Patio de los Leones y el Salón de los Embajadores, entre otros espacios emblemáticos. Pasearemos por los jardines de la Alhambra, diseñados para evocar el paraíso islámico con fuentes, fragantes flores y senderos rodeados de vegetación. En el Generalife, residencia de recreo de los sultanes, nos detendremos en el Patio de la Acequia y el Patio del Ciprés de la Sultana, dos espacios llenos de historia y leyendas. La visita incluye también la Alcazaba, la fortaleza defensiva de la Alhambra, y el Palacio de Carlos V, una obra maestra del Renacimiento español. Completando así una visión completa de este conjunto monumental único.

- Durante la temporada alta (enero-junio, septiembre-noviembre) los horarios pueden estar sujetos a cambios debido a la disponibilidad limitada de boletos completos.
- No se permiten cambios de día, hora o nombre una vez realizada la reserva, debido a las regulaciones del monumento. Las entradas son nominativas, personales e intransferibles para evitar la reventa y por motivos de seguridad.
- Todos los datos de los participantes son obligatorios: Las entradas a la Alhambra son nominativas, por lo que todas las reservas deben incluir el nombre completo tal como aparece en el pasaporte, número de pasaporte y nacionalidad de cada participante. Además, es obligatorio incluir el número de teléfono del responsable de la reserva. Las reservas incompletas serán canceladas automáticamente.
- Clasificación correcta de niños y bebés: Las entradas para niños y bebés deben seleccionarse de acuerdo con la edad real en la fecha de la visita. Las reservas que no cumplan con esta condición serán canceladas.
- Este tour requiere de 6 participantes como mínimo para poder realizarse. En caso de no alcanzarse ese mínimo, se ofrecerá una alternativa, como por ejemplo, entradas con audioguía y el reembolso parcial correspondiente o un cambio de horario de su visita.
- Es imprescindible proporcionar el teléfono de contacto del viajero principal de la reserva
- Disponibilidad de entradas: Si el Patronato de la Alhambra indica que no hay disponibilidad y, por tanto, no podemos conseguir las entradas, se devolverá el importe total de la reserva. No se ofrecen indemnizaciones adicionales.
- No podemos garantizar la disponibilidad de entradas para visitas en temporada alta si no se adquieren con al menos dos meses de antelación a la fecha prevista.

All the instructions were clear. From my arrival at the meeting point, I was very well attended; I was given my ticket and a sticker to identify myself as part of the group. NOELIA was our guide. Horrible company! Stay away from this company!! I booked the Alhambra tour 5 weeks in advanced. I received an email saying that my tickets had been secured and the tour was confirmed. I received a what’s app message 6 hours BEFORE the tour saying the following: “ We are very sorry to inform you that, due to high demand and the lack of ticket availability for the Alhambra, we have not been able to secure your ticket for the selected date. From the moment we received your booking, we have been trying daily to obtain tickets, but it has not been possible to confirm your reservation due to the lack of ticket issuance by the official system” Why wait until the last minute? I had received an email saying that it had been confirmed. Now, when I booked with them I had checked the Alhambra website and I almost bought my tickets through the Alhambra website, but we wanted a guide that’s why I ended up booking with this company. The main reason why we made a stop in Granada was to see the Alhambra and we were not able because we couldn’t find tickets at the last minute.
Overall, I felt the customer service was great. I’d booked this tour back in December 2025. At the time, supposedly the only time they had available was 2 PM, which absolutely would not work for us as we are on a cruise and needed to be back at the ship well before we would’ve been if we had started a tour with the guide for three hours starting at 2 PM. So we mutually agreed that we would start at 10:30 am to allow us time to get to Granada from our cruise ship’s dock in Malaga as I needed to rent a car in Malaga and then drive to Granada. Viator though, which I had used to book this tour,, kept sending me emails and confirmations, etc. that stated we were starting at 2 PM. This was true even up until the day before we were doing the tour. I contacted Enjoy Alhambra directly and they assured me 10:30 am was our starting time. They Even went the extra mile for me and checked out if I needed to reserve a parking space at one of the private garages near the Alhambra in Granada. Our guide, Fernando, was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

Booked our tickets on this tour seven weeks in advance and got a confirmation. The morning of the tour, we get a cancellation from the tour agency saying they couldn’t get tickets. Our sole reason to travel to Granada was to see the Alhambra and this company decides to tell us 9 hours before the tour that they never had confirmed tickets in the first place. Absolutely horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody!
We had an exceptional time with Emilio during our visit to the Alhambra. He took the time to guide us not only through the site, but also through its history, involving us along the way. His sense of interaction, his clear and passionate way of explaining, and his deep historical knowledge made the visit captivating. His interest in the Arabic language was a real plus: thanks to it, he was able to reveal to us the meaning of certain symbols and wall inscriptions that we would never have noticed alone.
