Descubre el encanto de la Belle Époque de San Sebastián mientras exploramos sus monumentos más emblemáticos. Nuestro viaje comienza en el Ayuntamiento, un impresionante edificio con una rica historia. Paseando por la famosa Playa de La Concha, escucharás cómo la ciudad se convirtió en un lujoso retiro de spa para la realeza Española. A continuación visitaremos la impresionante Catedral del Buen Pastor, sede de uno de los órganos más grandes de Europa. Nuestro viaje continúa mientras cruzamos el puente María Cristina, una joya arquitectónica inspirada en los puentes de París, que ofrece impresionantes vistas del río Urumea. Admiraremos el exterior del Hotel María Cristina, símbolo glamuroso del Festival de Cine de San Sebastián, que aún tiene cicatrices de la Guerra Civil Española. Justo enfrente, veremos el Teatro Victoria Eugenia, un lugar histórico que ha sido testigo de la vibrante vida cultural de la ciudad.
En esta segunda parte del recorrido, nos adentraremos en las estrechas calles del casco antiguo, donde tuvo lugar una de las batallas más intensas de la ciudad. Visitaremos el Mercado de La Bretxa, un mercado histórico que ha sido parte vital de la vida local durante siglos. Mientras exploramos, descubrirás tiendas centenarias, algunas de más de 190 años! Entraremos en la Iglesia de San Vicente, una joya gótica que alberga una reliquia más antigua que la propia ciudad, y visitaremos la famosa Plaza de la Constitución, que esconde fascinantes secretos ocultos. Nuestro viaje termina en la emblemática Iglesia de Santa María del Coro, donde admiraremos su impresionante fachada barroca desde el exterior.

Our pintxos tour with Rafael was so far one of the highlights of our trip to Spain. We were a group of five people from different countries, and Rafael created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere from the very beginning. We visited several excellent pintxos bars in the Old Town, as well as a local delicatessen famous for its outstanding selection of cured hams. The tour combined history, culture, local storytelling, and, of course, exceptional food and selected drinks. Rafael’s knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience truly memorable. After the tour, our group continued the evening together by watching Spain’s victory as they reached the football World Cup final. A perfect ending to a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
Ibeth was an amazing guide and fluent in English.. Great pace and very family friendly even if you have youn kids. Definitely recommended if you want a simple tour and taste of pinxtos.

Our group of six had an exceptional experience exploring San Sebastián with Iker. From the moment we met him, he made us feel genuinely welcome and immediately set a warm, engaging tone for the tour. I have done many tours over 30+ years of traveling. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. There were several things that led me to this conclusion. The tour guide was difficult to understand. On multiple stops, he chose to try to talk to us where there were loud construction noises nearby. Difficult to hear. On several of our stops when we could’ve been in the shade, we stopped in direct sunlight, and it was a hot day. This was uncomfortable for several of the members of the group. When we would walk throughout the city, our guide would often walk very quickly, leaving the group behind. He made a little effort to talk with anyone during the walks. At one point, he crossed the street against a red traffic signal, causing cars to honk their horns at us. Maybe most importantly, his demeanor was rather unpleasant. I don’t think he smiled at all throughout the tour, and his stories were short, disjointed, and hard to follow. This could’ve been because of difficulty with language, i’m not sure. I had higher expectations for this tour. Walking tours like this are often wonderful, enlightening experiences. Unfortunately, this tour was not one of those, and I would not recommend it.
