Desde el spritz Mosto perfectamente maridado hasta el dulce final de la panxineta tradicional, cada bocado te conecta con siglos de tradición. Descubrirás la experiencia sagardotegi, dominarás el arte del txikiteo y entenderás cómo los lugareños perfeccionaron estos sabores mucho antes de que el mundo se diera cuenta.

Ubicada en Gros, esta animada plaza local será su primer vistazo de la vida cotidiana en San Sebastián. Enmarcado por la Iglesia de San Ignacio, bares y tiendas, las familias se reúnen aquí, a pocos pasos de nuestra cercana primera parada de degustación.
Entra en un acogedor bar familiar dedicado a los sabores tradicionales vascos. Saboree su característico pintxo : champiñones a la parrilla con rico foie gras y alioli cremoso sobre pan crujiente, perfectamente maridados con un refrescante zurito, la pequeña cerveza de barril favorita de los lugareños.
Descubre una encantadora tienda de vinos de barrio en el corazón de Gros, conocida por sus vinos y cervezas orgánicos locales. Aquí, disfrute de un refrescante mosto spritzer sin alcohol, construya su propia Gilda y pruebe Gazta Zaharra, un queso de pastor elaborado con queso Idiazabal sobrante.
Entre el Hotel María Cristina y el Teatro Victoria Eugenia, descubra el legado de la Belle Époque de San Sebastián. Muy cerca, divisa el puente Kursaal y Zurriola, que une Gros con el centro con vistas al río y surfistas que se dirigen a las olas.
Esta verdadera institución de Donosti fue fundada por cuatro hermanos para crear un bar de barrio arraigado en la calidad, el servicio cálido y el espíritu comunitario. Elige cualquier pintxo que te llame la atención y combínalo con vino tinto, tinto de verano o un clásico kalimotxo para una auténtica experiencia local.
La plaza de la Bretxa, que lleva el nombre de una brecha hecha por las tropas de Napoleón durante el asedio de 1800, es ahora un bullicioso centro donde los lugareños compran pescado fresco, carnes y productos, un animado vistazo a la vida cotidiana vasca en el centro de la ciudad.
Situado en la emblemática calle 31 de Agosto, una de las calles más antiguas de San Sebastián, esta parada te lleva a un querido bar local que se siente como una puerta al pasado de la ciudad. Bernardo, su propietario de 70 años, recibe a los visitantes con una cálida sonrisa y una vida de devoción por la cocina vasca. Aquí disfrutarás de una degustación especial fuera de menú de calamares tiernos a la parrilla con patatas pintxo, bellamente maridados con una copa de Txakoli, un vino blanco seco de la costa vasca.
Prepárate para una auténtica experiencia vasca de sidrería en el casco antiguo. ¡Degustarás jugoso filete de txuleta con pimientos padrón salados y cogerás sidra vertida directamente desde la barrica en el ritual tradicional del txotx!
Para un dulce final, visitaremos la pastelería más antigua de la ciudad, abierta desde 1886. Aquí, degustarás la receta original de la icónica panxineta : un hojaldre en escamas relleno de rica crema pastelera y almendras tostadas. Lo tomarás para ir a saborearlo en el bulevar como el final perfecto para tu recorrido.

This is an amazing tour to try some local tapas and get more familiar with Basque culture and language.
Incredibly cool food tour of 3 different neighbourhoods in San Sebastian. Kristina our guide was lovely. A resident of 20 years. She showed us a real mix of spots...pinxos, but also different scenes like cider houses and other cool bars. Great knowledge of the history and culture as well. And very relaxed vibe overall. The value for money is amazing. 6 tapas + 6 drinks included along with the tour. And she also gives you a full list of other spots to hit up. Highly recommended!
We had an amazing experience w Ines on a walking food tour of San Sebastián. She was pleasant , were knowledgeable and made the experience wonderful . Excellent way to learn about eating and the restaurant experience in San Sebastián. I am happy my daughter and I did the tour early in our trip. Our guide also provided great information about the town, culture, history and everyday life of the Basque region. Highly recommend!

The best way to see, eat and experience San Sebastián! Ines was a fantastic guide and took us to a great mix of tabernas and outlets across the old and newer parts of town. She was conscientious of food preferences, very accommodating to my (never on time) family, and gave us a memorable experience from start to finish. Brilliant experience and a wonderful opportunity to try the lesser known taberna and menu items, as well as hear about local customs, and history. Highly highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time with Iri on the Beyond Pintxos tour of San Sebastian! Iri is fun, personable, full of positive energy, and really loves this region. We learned so much beyond just the food. The tour started outside of the Old Town and gave us a taste of some very local places. There was a good variety of food and alcoholic drinks and we were all full at the end of tour. And each of the stops were unique with a different vibe. Highlight was grilled squid with Txakoli, one of the best we ever had. We ended at a classic pastry shop whcih was perfect. Highly recommend this tour.
