Estaremos muy lejos de la ruta turística. Saldremos de la ciudad de Siem Reap a las 8:00 a. m. y a las 2 p. m. hacia el pueblo de Kompong Pluk, ubicado a 31 km de la ciudad de Siem Reap, que demora aproximadamente una hora en llegar allí. En el camino para visitar este pueblo, haremos una parada para visitar el mercado local en el camino. Luego continuamos nuestro viaje a Kompong Pluk Village. Tenga en cuenta que los niveles de agua altos o bajos dependían de la temporada y este pueblo tiene alrededor de 900 familias. No importa cómo elija pasar su tiempo, una visita a Kompong Phluk Village y al lago Tonle Sap es una experiencia única e inolvidable. Lo recogeremos de su hotel y luego nos dirigiremos a Kampong Phluk Village. Pararemos para comprar los billetes del barco y el baño. A continuación viajamos para coger el barco y visitar el pueblo en el paseo en barco.
El lago Tonle Sap es el lago más grande de agua dulce en el país del sudeste asiático. Tiene 200 kilómetros de largo por 50 kilómetros de ancho.

Wonderful experience. Our guide was very kind and the floating village was astonishing. The cocodrile restaurant in the middle of the lake was amazing and you can see real cocodriles as well as other animals.

It was great experience to join the tour, I joined a day tour for the Angkor Wat. The guide, Tom, is very knowledgeable and explains about the history and culture very well. I really enjoyed this tour and definitely recommend my friends if they have a chance to visit Siem Reap.

We had booked the early morning sunrise tour which was a great idea given the rapidly rising temperature and the amount of visitors on this day. The tuck tuck tuck us from the hotel to the not so distant temples and from one site to the next which gave a good experience of the surrounding area and a convenient way to limit the walking to the approaches to the sites themselves (still enough with a child and well over 30 degrees from 8am onwards). The tour guide Mr Thom San was making the visits much more meaningful by giving basic information as well as stories which brought the scenes to life. He knew all the hidden gems, cutting out the busiest parts and best perspectives to take in the breathtaking environment of ancient Khmer civilisation. A perfect experience!
