Nuestra aventura comienza con un emocionante paseo en lancha a través de la reserva. Aquí, serás testigo de una impresionante variedad de aves, incluyendo los majestuosos flamencos rosados que se congregan en grandes grupos. Con un poco de suerte, podrás avistar cocodrilos en su hábitat natural, una experiencia que te dejará sin aliento. Además, descubriremos juntos un ojo de agua en medio del manglar, un manantial de agua dulce que brota de la tierra de manera completamente natural. Para completar esta increíble experiencia, te llevaremos a un exquisito restaurante local donde disfrutarás de un delicioso almuerzo con vista al mar. Tendrás tiempo para relajarte o incluso darte un refrescante baño. Es la forma perfecta de terminar un día lleno de descubrimientos. ¡Una aventura que te conectará con la naturaleza y que no querrás perderte!

Itinerario
El guía certificado pasara por ustedes en el punto de encuentro para poder abordar el transporte e iniciaremos con los pick ups.
Una vez que se encuentren abordo, iniciaremos nuestro viaje y recorrido hacia la Playa de Celestún. Duración 1:30 horas. Llegaremos al muelle para que puedas abordar la lancha para adentrarte en el hábitat de los flamencos y de mas especies de aves con un guía especial de la región. Duración del paseo: 1:30 Horas.
Regresaremos nuevamente al vehículo de transporte para poder dirigirnos a un maravilloso club de playa. Duración: 30 minutos En el club de playa tendrás tiempo para almorzar, nadar en la piscina o en la playa, una de las decisiones mas difícil que tendrás que tomar en el viaje. Podrás hacer uso de todas las instalaciones durante nuestra estancia. Duración: 2:30 Horas
Iniciaremos el trayecto de regreso a la ciudad de Mérida, para concluir el tour en donde abordaste.

Our guide Efraim was so knowledgeable and helpful the entire trip and even captured some great photos of us. We learned so many interesting facts about flamingos from him and the boat guide. Also saw the mangrove trees, a crocodile, blue crab and spoonbill birds. The beach afterward was absolutely beautiful (bring a towel) with way less seaweed than the east coast for this time of year and lunch there was delicious (don’t miss out on the fish fillet.) Overall a very relaxing day trip from Merida and highly recommend!
Had an unforgettable time in Celestún. Went in mid-feb and the flamingos were out in droves. The boat through the mangrove was also spectacular. The raccoons were also really cool and so cute (my wife was a lil’ more hesitant than me). The car was also well AC and the ride was smooth. Shout out to Efraín for his great energy and easily approachable demeanor. This may have been my favorite excursion the entire trip!
Both the bus to Celestún and the boat in the mangroves were good vehicles. Efrain did an excellent job as guide, and was knowledgeable in both languages. Both drivers and Efrain were very considerate in helping us, with our mobility issues, into and out of the vehicles. Celestun is a prime birding area, and in the short time we were there, we saw some good rarities, plus thousands of flamingoes. The food on the beach was wonderful. We all had the shrimp - kebabs, with garlic or pasta. It was nice beside the water, which proved too rough for swimming for us that day. A day and pesos well spent.
The flamingos and mangroves at the Celestún biosphere were amazing. Enjoyed seeing these beautiful sites.
A relaxing and fun tour, it will be a highlight of the trip to Merida. The flamingos were a highlight, but there are so many other species at the reserve!
We had a great time with Efraim, who was very patient and explained everything in both English and Spanish. The mangrove tour was great. We saw many flamingos and other types of birds, and took the boat through a mangrove tunnel. Afterward, the seafood st the beach was a nice way to unwind.

Excellent experience, it is a paradise this tour, our guide Mr. Jorge Malpica, a very prepared biologist, gave us a wonderful and very interesting explanation of all the fauna , exceeded our expectations of the tour. 100% recommended!!
The walk was amazing, especially by our guide Jorge and driver Raul. His explanations were very interesting and complete about the whole area and ecosystems. I highly recommend them, everything perfect.
