This tour included the ticket to the top. Other than that, there is little value. If you don’t want to wait in a stuffy room while the tour company organizes its groups, buy a ticket on your own and dispense with the extra hour spent arriving early and waiting around. The guide added very little to the tour.
Loved the tour and our guide. The view from the top is incredible. We needed to book the tour because I waited too long to reserve the tickets to the lift directly with the Eiffel Tower.
Booking was cancelled by the Paris Tour company due to weather but I did Not received a cancellation email.
It enjoyed touring the Eiffel tower and learning the rich history of the monument and the surrounding areas. It was great to be able to see major buildings in Paris from the tower.

Leonardo was so much fun and answered all sorts of questions from The Eiffel Tower to the music festival and city. His love for Paris and its history was evident and highly recommend!

Absolutely shocking experience paid £174 and it was not made clear to us that we had to collect the tickets from some office in Paris, not the Eiffel Tower itself. So we traveled across the city, got there in good time, queued the security line and got inside. Having never been before we asked a member of staff and she explained that the “tickets” we were emailed were not tickets but merely vouchers to be exchanged at a separate agency somewhere else. So we exited the tower, walked some distance and located the office only to be told because we were now late we had missed our window. I contacted tripadvisor to explain it had not been made clear at the time of booking that we would not be emailed actual tickets. They refused any act of goodwill. I requested a further review given the circumstances and cost and again they refused any reimbursement or act of good will. I will NEVER use tripadvisor again and advise my friends and family to avoid them also. Shocking customer care.
We had a wonderful experience on our Eiffel Tower tour. The guide was very punctual, everything was exactly as described, and the tour went smoothly from start to finish. We were with our kids (3 & 4), and everyone had a great time.
