The cruise cost us €1,536 for one day. Repeat, €1,536! This is €768 per person! I think you will agree that this is a very luxurious excursion. For this price, we could have stayed in a luxury hotel in Paris! A Palace! At €1,536, do you think blankets are enough? I slept all dressed up with my wife and we got sick!! We are on vacation for our honeymoon. By the way, the cabin was in a condition that did not meet the standard at all. The wallpaper was starting to peel off and there was moisture in the room. As for the food, it was of poor quality and not at all “gourmet” as indicated in your performance brochure. You will also agree that paying for beers at lunchtime at this price is more than inappropriate. After all its vicissitudes, I was just asking for a commercial gesture that is just the minimum. Mr Jeronimo MARINO the so-called manager calmly replied that the crew did their best to keep us warm and gave us blankets...! That he took note of our feedback regarding food. I am literally shocked and surprised by this return especially since it is an excursion that must be so-called luxurious. You know, paying a lot of money for a service is not a problem at all, but the quality has to live up to the price of the service. This is the golden rule in the service sector. I repeat: we paid more than €1,500! This should be enough to make you understand that your answer is unacceptable and shameful. If you had paid €1,500 yourself, would you really be satisfied with your answer? What more do you need to grant financial compensation, please? I'm curious to hear your answer. Should I sleep outside and eat sandwiches? Since then, the company has avoided me and no longer answers me. It is simply scandalous and shameful. I'm gonna put my lawyers on the hook for false advertising and scamming.

Welcoming and professional staff Beautiful landscapes Very disappointing food , no taste , small quantities absolutely not up to standard. Nothing gourmet!! Outdated cabins , damaged wallpaper , a single small garbage can .

Superb excursion in very good conditions: a very comfortable boat Quality Service a bar and lunch box very correct in terms of quality , a captain who is keen to discover the best of glaciers . The show of glaciers is magical and the quality of this company very good. I had hesitated to take the premium I took the standard which is very good and much cheaper. I don’t regret this choice especially since at that time the boat was not complete at all while the premium class was. I recommend this company!
