Fantastic food, great knowledge of the city and the architecture, and great company! Don’t eat before you go!
Wonderful guide. She took us to great food places and all over town to see the historical areas of Chania old town. Very knowledgeable
This was a wonderful immersion to Greek food and culture and carefully crafted to showcase local family businesses. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about local history as well as the nuances of food on Crete. We loved it and highly recommend for a wonderful Chania experience.
It was very interesting, learned a lot, saw a lot, and ate a lot. Highly recommended. Our guide catered to the whole family and met our different needs. Thank you very much for the great experience.
An original and very interesting visit. The guide, Manos, was super professional and entertaining. The whole tour was very interesting and especially rich! Thanks!!
Our street food tour in Chania was absolutely wonderful! We had the opportunity to taste delicious traditional Cretan dishes, discover authentic local flavors, and learn so much about the history, culture, and traditions of Crete. What made this experience even more special was our amazing guide, Manos. He was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and welcoming. His stories, enthusiasm, and love for Crete made the tour much more than just a food experience, it became a beautiful journey through the heart of the island. Thank you, Manos, for sharing your knowledge, your kindness, and your passion with us. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chania and looking for an authentic and memorable experience!
Tour with Goldy was amazing, great combination of history and food, super kind, added extra information with art and mythology references. Felt very comfortable, great understanding Cretan culture and history. Food amazing.
Our food tour was an amazing introduction to Greece history, food, and culture! Our guide was so knowledgeable and patient with our 11 year old son. All of the food was tasted was excellent and we received many great recommendations for the rest of our time in Crete. We will highly recommend this food tour for anyone looking to learn more about Crete and sample the delicious traditional foods.
This was a really easy, enjoyable and friendly tour at an easy pace with a local guide. The meeting point was a bit challenging with no english signs but the entire tour was fantastic.
We were in Chania for a cruise port stop but didn't have a ton on our list to do, so decided to do a food tour so we could see some of the things and taste some of the foods! Overall we thought the tour was great. We had a pretty small group of 6 or so, and Manos did a good job of showing us a variety of things around the city. We ended up making six stops overall, each of them interesting and with a different type of bite. We ended up at a cafe with loads of plates where we could hang out as long as we wanted to before we headed back to the ship. Manos knew a lot and explained it with humor and kept things interesting. Glad we chose this excursion!
