Espere en el punto de encuentro al menos 10 minutos antes de la hora de recogida programada. Busque un logotipo de DaneriYachts en la ventana delantera del autobús. Tenga en cuenta que el traslado no puede esperar. Si usted no está en el punto de recogida a tiempo, usted será responsable de organizar su propio transporte al puerto a su propio costo. Ocasionalmente, la transferencia puede retrasarse entre 10 y 15 minutos, así que por favor tenga paciencia y espere en el punto de encuentro durante este tiempo. Del 1 de abril al 10 de mayo y del 1 de septiembre al 31 de octubre, los cruceros por la tarde y la puesta del sol salen 30 min antes de lo programado.

Good day on the catamaran. There were many of us but since it is very large, we had space. Plenty to eat: snack upon arrival, brunch at 11 a.m., meal at 12:30 p.m. (hearty), fruit around 2 p.m.... good organization for access to the islands. In short, I recommend this cruise.

They did not even mention in the viator application that they leave sharp 8:30 and when I called them they were like only 5 mins and we leave! I told her I am just 10 mins away and I arrived and they left and of course no refund
We’re sorry to hear that you missed the departure. However, we would like to clarify that our tour information clearly states that guests must arrive at least 15–20 minutes before departure, and the scheduled departure time is 8:30 AM. We also clearly state that we cannot be held responsible for guests arriving late, as the catamaran must leave on time according to the schedule. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the departure for individual guests once boarding has closed. We understand this was frustrating, but the departure time and arrival requirements were provided in the tour information.
OK you have to get up really very early, tough on vacation but honestly it is worth it! Very good organization, a very good bus, a top-notch boat, a super friendly crew, good food, good atmosphere without excess. Finally the sites are superb, in short we loved it!

Way too expensive for the price. The food was worse than on an airplane. It was stated that we would be at the beach for 1.5 hours, of which we were effectively at the beach for 20 minutes. Much too strong swell - a great many people had to vomit. We also felt sick, even though we are not prone to it. The beaches were very poor and very windy. Even if the organizer is not responsible for the last points, people must still be informed about them.
We’re very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience. However, we would like to clarify a few points. Regarding the sea conditions, we always follow the instructions of the Port Authority. Every departure requires their approval, and if conditions are considered unsafe, we simply cannot go out to sea. We also clearly advise guests who are prone to seasickness to take this into consideration and check the weather conditions before booking. Regarding the food, we’re sorry it did not meet your expectations, but we cannot agree with your comments about its quality. We operate our own catering service and use natural, biologically clean ingredients sourced from local Cretan farms. Our menu is developed by renowned Greek chef Mr. Soultatos, and we take great pride in the quality of the food we serve. As for the beaches, we’re sorry they did not impress you. Balos is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Crete and is consistently ranked among the island’s top destinations. We respect your personal experience, but we also feel it is important to clarify these points for future guests.

Our best day in Crete - from the moment we arrived on board we were greeted by the most welcoming team. Alfonso provided all information both practical and safety with lot of fun and humour. Chef Anna kept us so well fed, when we arrived on board we were offered breakfast. Really delicious lunch and snack on way home. The stops were amazing - with options to visit balos or stay on board and swim and enjoy activities near the boat. Ireni made us lovely cocktails thoughout the journey - In a party of 8 with adults and kids, this boat trip was all round our favourite day in Crete

The experience was very good, Balos, the catamaran, the food excellent. Good idea to arrive early at Balos to avoid the crowds. Point for improvement, the distribution of time at Gramvousa. We were not able to see the fort due to lack of time.
