Cerca de Epernay, capital del viñedo de Champaña, descubrimiento del Grand Cru "Côte des Blancs" y del famoso pueblo y viñedo de Hautvillers, en las laderas históricas del valle del Marne, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. En Hautvillers, pueblo llamado “Cuna de Champaña”, visita guiada a la iglesia de Dom Pérignon y al viñedo. Haga una pausa en el mirador más bello de Champagne en el corazón del viñedo con explicaciones sobre el manejo de la viticultura. Visite los sitios de producción de dos familias de productores/cultivadores independientes seguidos de degustaciones comentadas de una selección de 6 Champagnes Grand Cru/Premier Cru, así como los alcoholes y aperitivos esenciales de Champagne durante degustaciones adicionales. En Hautvillers, pueblo llamado la "Cuna de Champagne", disfrute de un recorrido privado por la iglesia donde se encuentra la tumba de Dom Pérignon, conocido como el padre espiritual de Champagne. ¡Te contaremos su historia y sabrás por fin si es o no el inventor del champán!
En Hautvillers, también nos detendremos en las laderas históricas de Champagne, catalogadas como Patrimonio Mundial por la Unesco, para disfrutar del panorama más magnífico de Champagne con vistas al valle del Marne, el lugar donde Dom Pérignon llevó a cabo sus experimentos en la elaboración del vino. Es el lugar ideal en el corazón de los viñedos para tomar fotografías inolvidables de usted y de este impresionante paisaje. Visitaremos la primera de las 2 familias de productores/viticultores independientes que descubrirás durante tu recorrido con explicaciones sobre el proceso de elaboración del Champagne, visita de prensas, bodegas y cavas. Allí degustarás, durante una cata comentada, 3 champagnes GrandCru/Premier Cru diferentes*. *según la temporada y la disponibilidad, esta visita/degustación podrá realizarse en un pueblo de la "Côte des Blancs" o en Aÿ-Champagne.
Durante su recorrido de descubrimiento en la "Côte des Blancs", pasaremos por Cramant, que es uno de los famosos pueblos Grand cru ubicado al sur de Epernay. Esta zona de Champaña se llama el "Reino del Chardonnay Grand Cru". También pasaremos por otros pueblos famosos como Chouilly y Avize, frente a la mayor fábrica de botellas de champán y cerca del famoso "Chateau de Saran", la propiedad ultraprivada donde el grupo de lujo LVMH (propietario de Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon , Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Krug...) recibe a sus mayores clientes y VIP, así como el "sitio Montaigu" dedicado a la elaboración de champagne de Moët & Chandon.
Oger es otro renombrado pueblo Grand Cru en la "Côte des Blancs" con el famoso Grand Cru "Blanc de Blancs" 100% Chardonnay. Aquí es donde visitaremos a una de las 2 familias de productores/viticultores independientes del recorrido con otras explicaciones sobre el proceso de elaboración del Champagne, visita a los lagares, bodegas y cavas. Catarás 3 Champagnes 100% Grand Cru con consejos de cata para descubrir los diferentes "Blanc de Blancs" como el Champagne natural sin dosificación, extra brut, de viñas viejas, añejo o incluso envejecido en barrica de roble.
Cruzaremos en Epernay, la capital del viñedo de Champaña, la "Avenida de Champaña", declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO de visita obligada en Champaña. Está considerada "la avenida más cara del mundo", con sus prestigiosas casas de champán, sus mansiones y sus 100 kilómetros de bodegas que esconden 200 millones de botellas. Está previsto un pasaje comentado para explicar la historia de sus magníficas mansiones y edificios de producción pertenecientes desde hace siglos a las Casas de Champaña como Moët & Chandon, Perrier Jouët, Pol Roger, etc.

Outstanding, educational and fun tour.... we learned about the nomenclature, process, denominations, and history of champagne with a fun local guide. The two tastings offered novel small production vineyards with s broad array of different champagne. Highly recommend.

Fantastic luck with Philippe! His local knowledge as well as champagne skills were really appreciated by everyone in the group as much as his mood. The hours just flew by and we might as well have continued all evening :) During the tour we stopped for tasting at Jean Milan and Voirin-Jumel. We also visited Dom Perignon church and finished on a hill where we enjoyed the view as well as Philippe's surprises in the form of Ratafia and other drinks.

We highly recommend this champagne tour. The host Marine was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The tour tells you everything you need to know about champagne and the region. The degustation was excellent and from small champagne producers, which is lovely. We got picked up from the hotel and driven back where we asked. It is totally worth doing. 🍾👍🏼😊
