What a great experience! The service from all the Incarail staff was spectacular and saved our trip to Machu Picchu. After the agency we had booked with let us down, we went into the Incarail agency in downtown Cusco and met Rolando. He followed up with us and helped us get the best options to be able to get to Machu Picchu on time and manage to get one of the 1000 tickets they give out per day. The next day, our guide, Víctor Coavoy, picked us up and accompanied us to Machu Picchu, explaining every detail of this magical place. Many thanks to the entire Incarail team, from the music and the trains to the gift bracelet on the way back. Wow! Don't even hesitate, it is the best option to get to Machu Picchu.

I want to express my gratitude and recognition to the crew member Edwin Minaya who assisted us during our bimodal service. From the beginning, he proved to be very kind, attentive, and professional, making our trip much more comfortable and pleasant. But what I really want to highlight happened when my 9-year-old daughter started feeling sick during the trip due to the altitude. As a mother, I felt very nervous and worried seeing her like that. However, the crew member acted quickly, kept calm, and provided us with his support and attention at all times. His concern was not limited only to the service, but also to the well-being and health of my daughter. At that moment, I felt that I did not just have a crew member in front of us, but a prepared, humane person with a great sense of service. For a few moments, he became our doctor within the bimodal service, giving us peace of mind when we needed it most. I am very grateful for his professionalism, empathy, and quick reaction. These small, great gestures are what really make the difference and leave an unforgettable experience for passengers. Hector and his partner in Carriage X were absolutely lovely, friendly, and professional. They took such good care of us throughout the whole journey and made us feel so comfortable and well looked after. Everyone we met in Peru was incredibly kind and welcoming. We honestly had such a happy experience and felt very respected and well treated from beginning to end. One of our favorite parts was the special welcome service before getting on the train. The local staff dressed in traditional Peruvian clothing, played music and instruments, and performed a beautiful traditional dance while welcoming and guiding us onto the train. It was such a lovely and thoughtful touch, and made the whole experience feel really special and memorable. 🥰 We’re so happy we chose Inca Rail for this trip.
