Itinerario
Es una introducción a las tres etapas más importantes de la historia de nuestro México. La etapa prehispánica, la etapa colonial y la era moderna. Representado por edificios de cada época de México.
Visitamos una casa de artesanía donde los artesanos teotihuacanos le mostrarán el material con el que sus antepasados hicieron sus armas y artesanías, verán réplicas de artesanías teotihuacanas del año 300 después de Cristo hechas por artesanos. También se les darán degustaciones de las bebidas típicas de Teotihuacán y México.
Entramos a la zona arqueológica de Teotihuacán (el precio del boleto está incluido), visitamos los monumentos más importantes como la pirámide del sol, la calzada de los muertos, la plaza de la luna, el mural de jaguar, pirámide de la luna, acompañado de la explicación sobre la historia y cultura del pueblo teotihuacano, al final te damos tiempo libre para tomar fotos.
Comeremos en un restaurante típico mexicano donde sus paladares estarán encantados con la mejor cocina teotihuacana y su exótica gastronomía (precio de la comida no incluido).
Visitaremos la Basílica de Guadalupe, tanto la iglesia nueva como la antigua, visitaremos la Iglesia de los Capuchinos, subiremos al cerro Tepeyac donde Juan Diego vio a la Virgen de Guadalupe y visitaremos la imagen original de la Virgen de Guadalupe encontrada por Juan Diego en 1531
Terminamos el Tour. Te dejamos en el Hotel Barcelo Reforma, que es un punto medio entre la mayoría de los hoteles y lugares de interés de la ciudad.

Schedule not respected with little time for important activities. For example, we had less than 1h30 at Teotihuacan even though the tour schedule information mentioned that we would spend 3h there. The guide didn't provide much historical information - I learned much more by reading less myself on the internet. We stopped at a restaurant chosen by the guide outside the Teotihuacan area: poor quality and very expensive food, pressure to buy expensive dishes, pressure to eat quickly. Overall, we are not satisfied and do not recommend this tour to anyone if they do not change their format.

Bring sunscreen, a hat or umbrella, comfortable shoes, a thermos with water and ice. SOLO TRAVELER be careful with the selfie stick, hide it because they do not allow it through, so if you are alone it is more difficult to take photos, if you see an Asian foreigner ask them to take your pictures. The only good photo I have was taken by a Korean girl.

The guide was excellent. Unfortunately, we were seated in the last raw with no view and highly uncomfortable bumping on each bump. The last two raws are worthless. It might be helpful and fair to ask passengers in the front seats to switch side for the return trip.

Marco was a very knowledgeable tour guide and was very informative about the two main places we visited. The restaurant we stopped at for lunch had decent food at reasonable prices. However, I was a bit disappointed since we specifically booked this tour because it said we would have 3 hours at Teotihuacan and we ended up with less than 2 hours, which is definitely not long enough to really appreciate everything the site has to offer. You can see the highlights, but there is so much more that you won't have time for. I would happily have skipped the stop at the (admittedly entertaining) craft shop in order to have more time at the ruins. The stop at the Basilica of Guadalupe was better, with plenty of time to see everything without feeling rushed. In short, if you aren't interested in anything more than the highlights, this is a very good tour to cover a lot in one day. But if you are really interested in spending time at Teotihuacan, better to use public transit and go on your own so you can spend as much time as you want.

Edgar is an excellent, enthusiastic guide. The driver also was high quality. Pick up was convenient. Drop off was not. Hence I deducted one star. After a very long day being dropped off at a single site for 19 people was worst than inconvenient. It was unkind. We were all tired. We all had to suddenly try to find our way back during peak traffic, low availability of taxi and uber. I recommend you at least have two or three posted drop off sites so plans can be made preemptively.
