We enjoyed a leisurely hike through a beautiful national park. As someone who does a lot of hiking in the US, it was interesting to see what Finnish parks are like. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and made everyone feel included. I highly recommend this trip

I am so happy they had an afternoon hike since I just arrived the prior afternoon and wasn't sure how jet lagged I'd be. It was a very easy, chill hike in a lovely portion of the Nuuksio National Park. Our amazing guide, Jeff, showed us so many forest treasures - we got to pick and eat blueberries. Then he built a campfire and we roasted sausages over it complemented by blueberry juice, sea buckthorn shot and a yummy dessert. A truly lovely and peaceful way to spend an afternoon.

I’m absolutely using this company! You know why? Because it was a no-brainer! And on top of that, there was zero communication! I’ve never had an experience like this—I’m never using them again! Their pick-up didn’t show up, and they canceled the activity on their own, while I was left waiting, totally uninformed!

A very good tour for people who have come to Helsinki, do not have much time, and would like to see and experience the local nature. Everything was excellently organized. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to spend time with her. She shared a lot of interesting information throughout the tour.

This is a fantastic tour for nature lovers. Just about 30 minutes outside the city, you find yourself in a beautiful national park surrounded by lakes and forest. We even spotted a family of white-tailed deer. Halfway through, we stopped to cook sausages, which were delicious, before heading back along an easy trail. Our guide, Jeff, was incredibly knowledgeable—he answered all our questions and shared so much interesting information about Helsinki, as well as the local flora and fauna. Overall, it was a fabulous experience.

Just one word: WOW! Everything was perfecty arranged and our guide was awesome. Really loved the nature and Nuuksio is a place like no other. I highly recommend this guided trip to Nuuksio. Ps. Loved the lakeside campfire where you can truely connect to the unique nature of Nuuksio nationalpark.

We had a trip to Nuuksio with Taigatimes and it was a relaxing and fun afternoon in Nuuksio! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about Finnish nature and culture, and the lakeside campfire was a great touch! The trip was made afternoon around 15-19 and it was so relaxing after hectic city day into shopping malls! Big shoutout to the Guide Jeff who was fun company and told the secrets of the nature and mashrooms!

This trip was the truly 10/10. Our guides were so helpful and shared many interesting facts during the trip. We enjoyed the food and the company of others. Would definitely go again during another season to see how the nature changes in Nuuksio😍

Warmly recommending this trip for anyone staying in Helsinki, wanting to escape the city for a moment. 🤎🌲 Nuuksio is absolutely stunning – I felt like I could finally breathe the moment we stepped into the forest. Our guide, Jeff, was such a pro, yet a funny and relaxed guy, making the whole trip even more enjoyable. Fun fact: Nuuksio is home to the flying squirrel – Finland’s cutest “ninja of the treetops”! 🐿️
