Le damos la bienvenida a descubrir los sabores, colores y ritmo reales de la ciudad de Panamá en nuestra aventura de degustación de comida callejera que va mucho más allá de los restaurantes. Esta no es una comida para sentarse, es una experiencia de caminar por los barrios más auténticos de la ciudad, donde probarás, aprenderás y te conectarás con la gente detrás de la cocina local de Panamá. Comience en el Mercado de Mariscos con tres tipos de ceviche, luego explore el Mercado de San Felipe Neri para probar platos afrocaribeños, jugos tropicales, café Geisha y salsas picantes. Continúe por la Avenida Central para visitar tamales y una panadería local. En El Chorrillo, disfrute de pescado de coco, pollo BBQ, chorizo ahumado y pescado escabeche, servido en porciones degustativas. Cóctel de ron opcional o zumo incluido. El Mercado de San Felipe Neri nos conectará con los mejores zumos naturales de la ciudad. También podremos degustar uno de los mejores filetes de pescado de la zona.
Café Coca Cola es donde degustaremos la mejor sopa de Casco Viejo.
Plaza Amador nos dará la oportunidad de probar dos puestos de comida local que ofrecen platos de primera calidad con un sabor increíble. El sabor del barrio mas autentico de la ciudad lo podemos encontrar aca.

This tour is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very very kind. We felt the love that went into this tour with ever step we took!!! The food is delicious and you will leave full to the rim!!!! I can only say if you want to experience Panamá book this tour.

Best food tour! The food was delicious, the tour guides awesome, and the vibes were incredible. Very authentic and really bring you into their community and give you a very rich and unique experience.
THIS TOUR WAS AMAZING!!! Jonathan and Elena (along with their team) took great care of the group. We sampled the best foods and juices for 5 hours!!! Money well spent!! They provided history and connection to the food scene of Panama. We visited several neighborhoods and sampled authentic ethnic foods of the county. We watched soccer practice, ate grilled chicken and chili dogs and got all the best details about where to shop and eat. This tour is PERFECT for someone moving to Panama or someone who wants to immerse themselves in the culture and food of the city. Jonathan, Elena and their team were professional and personable, they paid attention to details. They provided details about the food we ate and made accommodations for any food allergies. If you are visiting Panama for the first time or looking for good places to eat, THIS TOUR IS A MUST!
Wow!!! That's all I can say. I expected just a food tour but was pleasantly surprised to receive a piece of the history of the Afro-Panamanian story. The tour was interactive and full of robust foods and information. I highly suggest the tour. Wear comfortable shoes and be ready for a hearty walk through some of the less known neighborhoods.

This tour was amazing. The portions are small BUT there is ALOT of food. By the end of the tour I was stuffed! I loved the headsets that were provided. I never missed a single word of the tour. The guides were fun friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend booking this!
