Este no es el típico recorrido de pequeños bocados de "muestra de mercado", sino que visitamos 5 establecimientos de comida auténtica, ¡asegurándonos de que nadie se quede con hambre! El tamaño de nuestros grupos pequeños le dará acceso a los establecimientos frecuentados por los lugareños y la atención personalizada de su guía. Hay muchas oportunidades divertidas para tomar fotografías en el camino, con la cantidad justa de historia salpicada. QUE HAY EN EL MENU; TABLA DE CHARCUTERIA -Prosciutto de Dalmacia, panceta, queso, aceitunas y una selección de sales, servido con pan casero y aceite de oliva. MARISCOS -Risotto negro (elaborado con sepia del Adriático y tinta de sepia) servido con pan local y aceite de oliva. CARNE -Pasticada (plato de carne asada a la olla dálmata) con ñoquis caseros servido con pan Peka y un trago de Rakija (licor local). BOCADILLO -Burek (bocadillo popular de los Balcanes) hecho de una masa fina y escamosa, que viene con una variedad de rellenos para elegir. HELADO (o) SORBETE -Su elección de sabores, sin embargo, si está disponible, recomendamos el sabor local único de Lavanda. *Los artículos pueden variar debido a la estacionalidad y disponibilidad

We had a wonderful time! Ivana was excellent! We got to learn some history about split and enjoy amazing food and even a local liqueur. You better come hungry because you will leave beyond fall! We highly recommend this tour!!!

Great guide, food generally good. Some of the food was okay not quite of a high standard - beef dish was quite tough. Pastry offering was not q favorite. Information was excellent and an enjoyable evening

This tour was phenomenal. We have done many food tours around the world, and this one was one of the best. The guide (Tea) was great - extremely knowledgable about not only the food but the area and its history. The food was excellent, with enough time at each stop to enjoy it. Would definitely recommend this tour, without hesitation - you will get a great food tour, but also learn about the area, its history, etc.

Our family of 4, including two 16-year-old teens, absolutely loved this fantastic tour! Marina, our personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun guide, led us on a delicious culinary and historical adventure through Split alongside one couple and another mom with two teens. It was the perfect blend of Croatian history, local flavor, and just the right amount of food at each location. From the opening bites of Croatian cheese and prosciutto, to a local beef gnocchi favorite, to a sweet gelato finish, every stop was a hit. Beer and wine were also available along the way for a very reasonable price, which made the experience feel even more relaxed and festive. With 5 stops, generous portions, and the perfect amount of time at each place, this tour is a must-do while in the city. Come curious, come ready to wander, and most importantly—arrive hungry!

Our tour with Ivana was fantastic! All of the food stops were delicious (and quite the variety) but the historical and cultural information inbetween each spot was wonderful! We got the best of both worlds, learning some of the history of Split and trying the amazing foods! Highly recommend! Ivana was well informed, answered all of our questions, and was patient with our kids as well!

We loved every minute of it. Ivana was an amazing guide as we strolled around the UNESCO heritage site in the center city. In her excellent English. She shared the interesting history of Croatia and of the culture and food of today. Definitely be hungry because the food was delicious and generous at five stops: a large charcuterie board, cuttlefish pasta with squid ink sauce, traditional beef pot roast with gnocchi, savory cheese and beef pastries, top off with incredible gelati cones. The three restaurants were a lovely hidden gem plus two stops that were packed with locals and tourists. We were served a shot of the local liquor but any other wine was an additional cost but reasonable at about $7-8 euros. Plenty of water was served at the restaurants which has very nice bathrooms. The memorable tour was well worth the cost. There were big crowds while we walked on a beautiful Saturday July evening but Ivana helped us negotiate them and kept the pace comfortable. No whisper equipment was used but I had no problem hearing her narration even though I wear hearing aids. Ivana answered everything with good humor and seemed to enjoy herself, too. Our tour only had nine people so it made an intimate experience we won’t forget. Highly recommended.
