Caminata al amanecer en Snowdon

Hywen was great, keeping you well informed about facts of the route and surrounding areas, great fun to chat to too. Didn’t get to see the sunrise due to the weather but the walk was well organised that we had breaks at the right times meaning the tough parts were made easier.

Having never done a walk of this type, we chose MountainXperience for our sunrise climb based on available dates and existing reviews. I can say all were true. From booking to any questions witj Simon, all answered quickly. Our guide for the climb, Hywyn, was excellent. Patient, supportive and wirh lots of info and stories along the way. What an incredible experience to be at the top and to see the world from that height was breathtaking and something me and my family can’t recommend highly enough. Would definitely use this company again.

Hywyn was such a emphatic and knowledgeable guide he made the experience even nicer. He picked up on my nerves through messages prior to the meet and reassured me, I went to the wrong meeting point and he phoned to ensure I got to the correct place. During the ascent he was incredibly considerate to other peoples fitness levels with no judgement just kindness and understanding. It was beautiful we didn't get to see a sunrise but saw an inversion instead it was incredible. Thank you Hywyn for making it an wonderful experience. Found a new found love for mountains.

Went in 04/06/2026, unfortunately we did not get the sunrise due to the weather but we know there was a risk of that, our guide was Hywyn, did an amazing job of getting us to the summit in time even tho we had people that turned up late, he even took pictures for everyone at the summit and told us all about the history of the mountain and some of the surrounding areas. Even without the sunrise this was still an amazing experience and another mountain hiked, thanks again Hywyn! Even without the sunrise, we still got some awesome pictures of the scenery on the way down.

Lovely small group, Hywyn is a very professional guide and we had the bonus of a stunning dawn chorus. Great trip!

What an amazing experience from start to finish, Hywyn was a fantastic guide, full of information about the mountain and history of the area, a lovely person to share the walk with 😁. The weather wasn’t great but the scenery was still stunning and I’d do it all over again whatever the weather. Mountain Xperience were very efficient and the information they provided in advance was so helpful. I’d highly recommend this trip and company.

My second hike with Mountain Xperience and both times were fabulous. My first hike was with Simon and despite best efforts we were beaten by the weather. Last weekend I hiked with Hywyn and David and chose the sunrise hike. Brilliant guides, great group of people and the most stunning sunrise. Highly recommend 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 thanks guys x

The sunrise hike with Hywen and Dave was amazing, from start to finish they look after you and ensure that you get to the summit safely. Their stories and sense of humour keep you motivated and gets you to the top in no time.

I booked this experience after a request from my daughter to celebrate her 16th birthday. I was unsure of doing it to begin with but was overjoyed we did! We met Hywyn at the Snowdon railway station in Llanberis at 1:30am. He was full of info, and it was fun listening to his stories and experiences. We were in a group of 8. Hywyn gave us plenty of breaks to make the climb more comfortable. We were so lucky to have fantastic weather and had ample time at the summit to enjoy the views. If you thinking of booking, do it. You won't regret it!!

I booked the sunrise hike up Mt. Snowdon for my wife and eldest daughter. They both raved about the trip and tell me that Andy Hewlett is a superb guide, very knowledgable and passionate about the outdoors. They would both highly recommend using Andy for your guided hiking needs.
