Itinerario
Llegaremos por ti a tu hotel o punto de encuentro que se establezca. Subiremos a nuestro transporte y nos dirigiremos a uno de los pueblos de pescadores más hermosos, Puerto Morelos. Allí comenzaremos a abordar nuestra lancha con nuestro guía, para dar inicio a esta gran aventura. El primer destino para llegar es el Parque Nacional de Arrecifes, que es considerado el segundo arrecife de coral más grande del mundo. Tendrás un tiempo de 45 minutos de actividad de snorkel para admirar los arrecifes. Después de la actividad de esnórquel, regresaremos a tierra y nos detendremos en nuestro club de playa privado donde tendremos nuestro almuerzo y luego podrá realizar un recorrido a pie por el corazón de Puerto Morelos. Y luego iniciaremos nuestro regreso a nuestro hotel o punto de encuentro para finalizar este recorrido.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Si su hotel no aparece en la lista, significa que necesita ir a un punto de encuentro especial, por favor infórmenos en qué hotel se hospedará para que un representante de nuestra empresa se comunique con usted para indicarle el punto de encuentro y la hora de recogida. Este servicio tiene dos horarios diferentes, el primero es para un tour matutino y el recojo es en: ZONA CANCÚN Y PLAYA DEL CARMEN entre las 8:00 a 8:30 am, ZONA TULUM entre las 7:00 a 8:00 am. Llegaremos al parque a las 9:30 am. El segundo es para un tour de mediodía y el recojo es en: ZONA CANCUN Y PLAYA DEL CARMEN entre las 12:00 a 12:30 Pm, ZONA TULUM entre 11:00 am a 12:00 pm. Llegaremos al parque a las 13:30 horas. Los horarios varían según el hotel, nuestro representante le indicará la hora exacta de recojo vía correo o vía mensaje de texto. Para los hoteles de Tulum y Airbnb el punto de encuentro especial será el Supermercado Super Aki Tulum en el centro. Considere los tiempos de transporte para recogerlo y dejarlo.

Absolutely awful experience! There’s no walking guided tour around, all you do is wait around for around 5 hours of the day just to do not even a full hour of snorkelling. Plus I was sick and not once did the staff check if I was ok and took forever to realise my boyfriend was calling for help so he was struggling trying to get me back to the boat as I was struggling to breathe and being sick. Absolutely no organisation and very rude. Horrific experience. Transportation was also dirty, no working seatbelts and the driver was driving like a maniac and on his phone the majority of the drive

We booked this trip the day before and were picked up in the hotel lobby bang on time, a few more pick ups and then we were dropped at Puerto Morelos, the staff at the snorkelling place were great, spoke to us about the reef and the conservation work. We then showered to remove our sunscreen, none is allowed not even reef friendly!! We got our fins and life jackets as we have our own masks and we’re walked through to the boat. The team were great and we were taken out to reef and followed our guide around the reef. The colours were amazing and so many beautiful fish. The trip was cut a little short by a thunder storm! We decided it was best to get out of the water after a lightning strike. On the way back from the boat we ordered our lunch and went back to get dry and pick up our things, we were treated to some coffee tequila, lovely! Then back to the restaurant the tacos were delicious. We were shown our photos and bought the package they are superb. This was a wonderful trip and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Can not say enough about our Driver Javier- I left my phone in the van and he personally returned it. Snorkeling was excellent and Freida was great. Lunch was good but beware more like a snack and drinks even water is not included. Lots of pressure on the street from vendors.
