El transporte de ida y vuelta está disponible (si se seleccionó esta opción) desde la mayoría de los hoteles ubicados en la Zona Hotelera de Cancún, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos y Playa del Carmen. Una vez confirmada su reserva, le proporcionaremos la hora exacta de recogida en su hotel o la dirección del punto de encuentro más cercano a su ubicación. Si su hotel o alojamiento se encuentra fuera de estas áreas, por favor háganoslo saber, y estaremos encantados de proporcionar un presupuesto para el transporte y la actividad desde su ubicación específica.

Terrible. They didn’t tell us you had to be a certain age to snorkel and we couldn’t do the activity. Big waste of money.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience. For safety reasons, snorkeling in this reef area is not recommended for children under 8 years old or elderly guests due to possible strong marine currents. This information is included in the confirmation message sent prior to the activity so guests can be informed in advance before the tour date. Guest safety is always our top priority, and the restriction is applied to prevent any risks during the snorkeling activity. We truly regret any disappointment caused and appreciate your feedback.
It was an amazing experience. The quality of the catamaran I loved because I felt safe at all times. The staff was also very fun and I spent an amazing day on beautiful Isla Mujeres.

An excellent opportunity to pick up the island with activities in the sea snorkeling with my partner plus the service from hotel was excellent

Excellent, crew, attentive, cheerful, polite and respectful. The food at the Isla restaurant, is simple but very tasty, our cicerone was Christian and both he and the others were sensational. We highly recommend the walk.

From start to finish the tour was an unforgettable experience. I booked last minute and Joshua resolved everything quickly and efficiently. In the catamaran we also had a great time, the very friendly guides and the places we visit are absolutely beautiful, if on your trip to Cancun you want to see beautiful beaches and have fun, this tour is your option. It's worth every penny.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! They overbooked on the boat, people were literally sitting on the edge. They upsell you an adult package that it pointless, there was kids there food is horrible the water was blah that area smelled really bad like rotten eggs. If you go to the other side the water was a little better. The people on the ship don’t care if you are sick there reasoning will be they see it all the time and it’s just motion sickness. Which maybe true but everyone is different. When we returned we had no transportation which was supposed to be included and they guys act as if that was unheard of even after showing the reservations the office was closed so you can’t really speak to anyone in charge please be safe and prepare to catch an Uber, some people walked or caught the bus we were about 30 minutes away from our hotel.
