Las cataratas del Rin son una de las atracciones naturales más emblemáticas de Suiza. Situadas cerca de la localidad de Schaffhausen, son las cascadas más grandes de Europa por caudal de agua. Las cataratas del río Rin se encuentran en un tramo del río Rin conocido como Alto Rin. Aquí es donde las aguas caen en cascada hasta un nivel inferior, creando las pintorescas cataratas del Rin. Las cataratas son solo una cascada de una sola caída, sin embargo, con un ancho de 150 metros y una altura de 23 metros, su tamaño es impresionante. Los visitantes quedan impresionados por el poder de las cataratas del Rin, especialmente durante el verano, donde el agua fluye a una impresionante velocidad de 600.000 litros por segundo. The falls are worth taking a half day to visit. Only improvement is the tour operator needs signage and/or someone in the parking lot to direct you to the appropriate bus. There numerous buses/tour operators in the parking lot with tour guides available to direct customers to their bus.

The falls we nice, but ride would have been to cold so we passed on that.good places to eat or just get a snack

Let's be honest here...you could walk to the train station in Zurich, figure out a train going to Rhine Falls, save yourself some money and be more flexible in your schedule. You could....but my partner and I opted for the guided tour and I'm glad we did. It wasn't all that expensive. We rode in comfort in a nice bus. We had a great driver/guide who could not have been more helpful. He gave us a lot of interesting tidbits about the falls. made sure we understood all of our options, and kept things stress-free. Two hours was plenty to enjoy the beautiful falls and we were back in Zurich in time for lunch. I highly recommend this tour for people who don't want to do the heavy lifting.

Wonderful excursion. The place is beautiful. The company is serious and responsible, the service was excellent. She was the only one on the tour, and yet they did the service. I've always done well with Viator.
There is no time frame , delayed to departure and arrival. There is nothing see than waterfall. The boat service stopped

It was not worth the price you charged. Also need to let people know in winter the boat does not run

Like to thank the tour guide who waited for us for a 5 min late into the tour . Description we thought that the boat ride is included as not being mentioned that there is no boat ride during winter time. But we’ve seen boat going on the falls itself so just confusing. Not much information being said by the tour guide about the falls and tour. Just like exploring on your own tour thing.

When we arrived at the bus station, we approached a guy and asked if he was the one who will guide us to the tour. He gave us a big smile and he talked to us politely.We felt so welcomed and relaxed throughout the day trip. Also the tour guide Stephano was friendly and the bus was so clean and comfortable.
